Very quiet, great location and helpful staff
Great location - close to points of interest such as the art gallery, museum, shopping in Rundle Mall, tram ride to Glenelg. Also convenient to drop off a car at Hertz, just over the road.

Difficulty making changes to original booking - had to call back a few times when the booking wasn’t changed correctly - poor communication. Checking out wasn’t all smooth. Otherwise, pleasant staff.
Room was s bit noisy during the night from the pub below.

We had a little mix up with our booking abd staff could have been a bit more proactive in giving us option to book another room as they had availability. No water in room or wine glasses. We had to call reception and then go down to get ourselves. Expected better service from a 4 star hotel.
