Pros:

Расположение хорошее. Центр. Быстрый интернет. Вкусный завтрак. Хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Чисто. Номер просторный.

Cons:

Надо понимать, что это пять звезд по «македонски». Кмк не дотягивает до этого отель. Для меня очень жесткие подушки и слишком мягкий матрац. При check out я ответил на вопрос пользовался ли я минибаром отрицательно. Меня попросили подождать и отправили персонал проверить правду ли я сказал. Это огорчает и точно не 5 звезд.

Pros:

Бассейн холодный, даже дети не смогли купаться,номера старые и обшарпанные, в нашем номере текла ванна, весь пол был в воде. Сауна это смех- ее надо бронировать, это маленькая кабинка в одном из номеров,джакузи это пластиковая ванна. Кошмар. Тренажерный зал это комната размеров 8 метров и там 4 тренажера. На парковку не заедешь, там всего несколько мест.
В туалет зачем то стеклянная дверь, в чем смысл непонятно

Viaggio a Skopje per lavoro e turismo
Pros:

stanza grande, dentro il bazar se la cosa può piacere, personale gentile, jacuzzi (usata 1 volta, il giorno dopo era rotta)

Cons:

Materasso troppo morbidi, doccia che manda acqua dappertutto ( tendina di plastica, pavimento inclinato male), asciugacapelli inutile, non è un 5 stelle, direi piuttosto un 3 stelle vero. Terrazza dove potrebbe essere bello andare , ma dove puoi solo bere qualcosa, se chiedi un toast non ce l'hanno. Cameriere gentile ma maglietta macchiata ed affaticato. Necessità di personale più giovane.

Probably the best hotel in Skopje. Good facilities and friendly, professional staff. I’ll be back
Pros:

Having had a terrible journey from the UK, I didn’t arrive until 01.00 and was absolutely shattered. However my spirits were immediately lifted when I got to the hotel and was greeted by a charming lady with a lovely smile. My room was much better than anticipated and the breakfast was delicious.

Konumu çok iyi

Cons:

Çalışanlar çok ilgisiz ve işlerini yapmıyorlar.
5 yıldızlı otel ama odada tv çalışmıyor. Resepsiyona iletmenizi rağmen kimse ilgilenmedi. Dünya kupası karşılaşmasında milli takım maçını izleyemedim. Ayrıca odada terlik dahi yoktu

Super emplacement

Cons:

1 ère nuit soiree tres bruyante au rooftop.( 7eme etage) Nos chambres étaient juste en dessous ( 6eme erage),impossible de dormir et refus de la reception de nous changer de chambre.
Le lendemain chambres changer....juste a côté toujours au 6ème
L'hôtel devrait bloquer les quelques chambres du 6eme quand la soiree bat son plein au rooftop pour le respect des clients.

Lamentable de refuser de rembourser un service non utilisable....
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et il y avait du choix.

L'emplacement est idéal dans le centre ville de Skopje.

Cons:

Présence de nombreux insectes (punaises de lit) dans les 2 lits de la chambre Twin dans laquelle j'étais (chambre 505).

Refus du changement de chambre car hôtel plein selon la réceptionniste et refus du remboursement de la chambre...

Comfortable stay and perfect location with friendly staff and VIEWS 😍
Pros:

The location was perfect basically in the bazaar where there’s an array of coffee shops, restaurants, bars (all have their own streets within) a jewellery street too!
The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Couldn’t fault the service at all. The room was clean with good air con as it was 30 degrees Celsius 4-7th June. The pool was open which was a lovely surprise. Rooftop terrace was stunning in the evening also 10/10

Cons:

Nothing to complain about :) great value for money !
