Hotel Arka

Not directly related to the staff, but we found many inconsiderate guests at the breakfast, especially with children. We were at the hotel 4 days. The parents would stack plates with breads and pastries…. only to abandon the tables and the beautiful food goes to waste. It’s very insensitive to the kitchen staff, people in the world suffering with no food, no water, no shelter. The hotel provides a very good inexpensive rate including this huge breakfast. We are from Canada and you would not find this service or even almost impossible to find breakfast included, and still in Canada pay 2-3 times more a night for horrible 4-5 stars hotel. It’s very sad that in life times like this, people waste food when others are living through starvation both forced and war consequential starvation, all of which we are all very aware of.

Das erste Zimmer war eher dunkel, der Teppichboden wirkte nicht Sauber und das ganze Hotel wirkte als wäre es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und als würden die Betreiber kein Interesse mehr haben das Hotel zu sanieren. Man sieht Risse in der Fassade bzw. auf den Wänden vereinzelt auf den Wänden.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstuck ist für ein 5-Sterne Hotel sehr begrenzt und die Speisen machen zwar voll, sind aber eher ungesund bzw. nicht qualitativ. Außerdem waren viele Teller fettig bzw. ölig.

Im Frühstücksraum und auf der Terrasse, prinzipiell überall in der obersten Etage spielt es Musik. Wenig abwechslungsreich und zu laut.

Bei der Rezeption steht ein Schild welches besagt, dass alle gängigen Kreditkarten akzeptiert werden und das Amex Logo ist darauf zu sehen, jedoch wurde meine Amex beim Checkout nicht akzeptiert.

Obwohl die Mitarbeiter größtenteils sehr nett waren, hatte ich eine sehr negative Erfahrung mit einem Rezeptionisten und der vermeintlichen Managerin. Als ich mich dort beklagt habe, dass die Klimaanlage des Zimmers nicht funktioniert wurde mir mit einer frechen Art empfohlen einfach das Fenster zu öffnen wenn es heißt im Zimmer ist (Das Hotel befand sich in einem historischen Viertel der Stadt und jeden Tag um 5:00 in der Früh

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dieses Hotels ist für mein Gefühl sehr schlecht.

Our booking was from 22.05 till 25.05.

Upon arrival at approximately 1:40 AM, after an already long and exhausting day, we were immediately shocked by the condition of the room. The room was excessively dark, with poor lighting and an uninviting interior. The sleeping arrangements were unacceptable — the mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and despite booking a double bed, we were provided with two small, separate duvets, which is highly inconvenient and inappropriate.
The view from the room was very disappointing and far below expectations. The surrounding area of the hotel was equally concerning. The streets leading to the property were dirty, and access required passing through a small tunnel with a road full of large holes and a strong unpleasant smell of urine. This created a very negative first impression and raised serious concerns about the overall environment.
We remained awake until 4:00 AM trying to find alternative accommodation, as the situation was simply unacceptable. The following morning, on the 23rd of May, we checked out. The receptionist asked us how he can help, he offered another room, I asked him, if the new offered room is with different view, bed, interior, lights… he said no, it is the same… so why we should accept another room.
We are very disappointed, our day was ruined, and we had wedding, we ended up going there tired and without enough sleeping time.
I kindly request that you address this matter seriously and provide an appropriate response regarding compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, ich habe Doppel Zimmer reserviert, sind aber zwei einzel Bett gewesen

Colazione veramente troppo di bassa qualità per un hotel cosi bello. La televisione sprovvista di connessione e di cavi quindi non ci si é potuti connettere a nessuna piattaforma tipo Netflix ecc
