Fantastic room. Super helpful check in. Really clean room by Rachel. The breakfast was so good with excellent service. We didn’t use the pool but it looked great for the kids with water slide. Could not have been better.

Excellent location for us. Loved being around the neighborhood luxury car dealerships. Easy to walk our puppies, complimentary breakfast. Weekday was ordering from restaurant menu. Saturday was buffet at restaurant.
We used the underground parking as the wheelchair accessible parking was directly across the entrance door.

Zimmer waren sehr sauber, Poolbereich hätte noch sauberer sein können.

The restaurant was expensive and not really my taste. The breakfast that was additional was $22 per person for a very lousy buffet or order off the menu which was equivalent pricing.
We had a fantastic stay here. Every single staff member especially Heidi, Rica and Nieves that we encountered was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was seamless, and the team went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our room was absolutely pristine every single day of our stay. Precious did an incredible job keeping everything perfectly clean, neatly organized, and fully stocked with fresh towels and amenities. Coming back to such a clean and welcoming room after a long day out made our trip so much better. Thank you for the hard work. Highly recommend this hotel for its top-tier hospitality!
