Excellent stay!
Pros:

Love this hotel. Upgraded to a suite! Lots of space and incredibly clean. Suite has good lighting and comfortable bedding. We Will be back! Hotel staff are very helpful. Hot tub and pool is well maintained.

A Wonderful Month Away from Home
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for about a month and I had truly great time. I would like to comment the hospitality and friendliness of all the staff. Renato, Maria, Rica, Jessica, Raghul, Jayden, and Nav made my stay a memorable one. I’d like to commend Nieves for being engaging, welcoming, and friendly. I appreciate her efforts in making my stay a pleasant one.

Wondeful holiday experience
Pros:

Had a wonderful holiday experience! The place was lovely, and what made it even better was the warm hospitality from the team. A special thank you to Nieves, Heidi, and Rica for being so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their kindness and great service truly made our stay more enjoyable. We appreciate all the little touches and the effort they put into making guests feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Outstanding Service
Pros:

I always have the best experience at Holiday Inn. I am very particular about cleanliness, especially when it comes to the bathroom, and I was very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spotless, comfortable, and you could tell that it is cared for with great attention to detail.

The food at Pacini was absolutely delicious, and everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming.

I would like to give special recognition to Nieves, Murray Anne, and Bala for making my stay truly memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my visit.

The Holiday Inn team is very fortunate to have such wonderful and hardworking staff. They go above and beyond to make their guests feel special, and it is one of the reasons I look forward to staying here. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit! 😊

Best service ever!!
Pros:

Quality Hotel. Great services and meal. We will definitely come back again and again.
We went as a family and were treated exceptionally well by 2 very polite, well-mannered and amazing ladies with great communication skills. In particular special thanks to Tetiana and Nieves.

Excellent stay and wonderful staff
Pros:

I was here for a business trip and found my stay to be very comfortable. The rooms was well kept and clean. I really love the blinds in my room as it kept the room completely dark. It helps a lot to get good night rest especially as I was working late nights and trying to catch as much sleep in morning as possible. I also found the room walls and door to be hefty enough to keep out the sounds so I was left undisturbed by any other guests or outside vehicle noise. As I was on work I can't comment much on the value as I didnt pay but I would consider staying here on personal trip if the need ever arises.

Aside from room, I am very impressed by the staff professional and care. I left a item behind by accident that could easily be mistaken for trash but I held sentimental value to it. Apparently, it was documented by the cleaning staff. When I inquired if they found it, they confirm it acutally did and I was able to collect it when I return to clagary for more work rleated items. Lovely hotel and even better staff. Thank you.

A Good Hotel

Great Stay !
Pros:

The hotel is clean, the room was spacious and not cramped, staff are kind and always looking to make your stay better, restaurant food was excellent with great options. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful overall!!

The front desk staff are amazing, Resa, Jessica, Mary Ann, Dohsa
The house keeping staff were also amazing, Nogoma, Jojo, Rumbi, Vovie and Nieves. The level of professionalism is outstanding!! Always ready for a friendly greeting!!
The room was immaculately clean and comfortable 😌
The only bad experience was with the front desk manager on check in.
I had some trouble with my credit card and wanted to pay with my debit visa. He came to the desk and told me 'credit card and pin. Without that we'll have to cancel your reservation". Having just flown in from Nova Scotia I was unimpressed with this greeting. The manager did redeem himself when I straightened out the issues with payment.
Also, Jay in Pacini's was very accommodating each time I went to this restaurant.
Overall it's been a wonderful experience! I would recommend this hotel to future travellers
