The room looked a bit under construction and could have been cleaner. Also noise you can hear others.

It was a very enjoyable weekend!
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay there. Staff were terrific. We had a large family room which was very comfortable and with a bathtub.
Breakfast was ok . Pool was delightful.
We would stay there again.

Cons:

They could work on their breakfast a little more variety.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Manager hat viel für uns organisiert und bot tolle Tipps. Das Hotel wurde während unseres Aufenthalts umbenannt und war offensichtlich auch von außen renoviert worden. Es ist sehr hübsch geworden! Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht, welches sehr geräumig war. Die großen Fenster waren ebenfalls zum Sitzen geeignet und boten einen tollen Ausblick auf den Fluss und den Sonnenuntergang. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt für uns positiv.

Cons:

Wir hatten für 3 Erwachsene und ein Kind (10J) gebucht und bekamen nur 3 Betten. Auf Nachfrage stellte man uns aber weitere Bettwäsche und wir konnten das Sofa als Schlafplatz nutzen. Das Zustellbett war leider so hart, dass darauf kein Erwachsener schlafen konnte. Die eine Klimaanlage ließ sich leider sehr schlecht regulieren. Im Badezimmer lief das Wasser kontinuierlich aus der Badewanne. Während unseres Aufenthaltes ließ es sich leider nicht reparieren, aber wir bekamen ausreichend Handtücher gestellt um das Wasser aufzunehmen.

Pros:

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng rộng rãi, điều hoà mát lịm, bữa sáng buffe đa dạng món, nhà mình mọi người đều hài lòng. Các bạn nhỏ thích bể bơi và các món ăn sáng lắm ^^

It was OKAY
Pros:

So I liked the size of the suite and the daylight especially once I was moved to a correct room after a couple of days. Room was very clean. The shower has good pressure and is very hot. The lobby looks beautiful and there was always cleaning available some staff were nice.

Cons:

The first photo looks nothing like reality of this hotel, so quite deceiving. The communication issues due to English. Restaurant and room service not being available in the evenings which I wasn't informed about, occasionally the bar was even closed too. The gym is quite tragic with no fans. Having to eat the same breakfast every day for two weeks became tiring especially with limited vegetarian options (occasionally there were more after I informed the chef) but the food wasn't great quality. Also the same utensils were shared for meat and veggie dishes which is kinda gross. The hotel was quite transient with people coming and going daily it's not really a long-term place. Room not so insulated as it was quite noisy occasionally. Bathtub leaking endlessly. Overall quite a sad place and not worth the money. I definitely wouldn't stay here again

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, super Lage. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und Extrems sauber. Das frühstück war lecker und vielseitig. Der Pool super schön. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Fahrräder sind kostenlos auszuleihen um alles zu erkunden :)

Pros:

Het personeel is super lief, ze doen meer dan hun best vooral de housekeepers. Het ontbijt is ok. De ligging is vlakbij het strand, de fietsen zijn van het hotel en die mag je vrij gebruiken.

Cons:

Sommige stoelen van het restaurant waren niet helemaal stabiel, de douchekop zat niet goed vast.
Let op! Als je boekt met een volwassen en twee kinderen let op dat je een kamer boekt met drie bedden aangezien het heel normaal is in Azië dat je voor drie boekt en een groot tweepersoonsbed krijgt.

Hotel alejado del centro
Pros:

Un buen desayuno. La piscina. Las camas grandes y cómodas.

Cons:

La ubicación. Necesitas grab o moto para todo. Te cobran extras por todo. Nos pareció que daban una imagen de gran hotel cuando no ofrecen tantos servicios, trato un poco distante. Las bicis que te dejan son muy viejas, imposible llegar lejos con ellas. No había opciones de comida para cenar.
Demasiado caro, hemos estado en sitios mejores por la mitad de precio por todo el país.
