Good price-performance / value

Cons:
Very small, cramped rooms and tiny showers

Categories

Cleanliness
5.5
Multiple reviews cite poor hygiene: sticky floors, moldy/dirty aircon, rooms not cleaned to standard and some guests fell ill; cleanliness is a clear weakness.
Service
9
Reception staff repeatedly described as very friendly and helpful (helping with larger room for a child, storing luggage, attentive service).
Location
9
Frequently noted as central/near the old town and convenient for restaurants, buses and attractions; location is a strong positive.
Room Quality
5.8
Consistent reports of extremely small, cramped rooms, tiny showers, basic/dated fittings and limited storage/hanging space; comfort limited by size.
Amenities
8.4
Breakfast and parking praised and present at reasonable price, but issues with air conditioning/heating, lack of in-room fittings and some missing conveniences noted.
Value for Money
8.8
Multiple guests call out good price-performance and acceptable value for a budget IBIS property given the low rates and decent breakfast.
Food and Beverage
8.7
Breakfast repeatedly described as unexpectedly good for the category: varied, fresh and good quality items.
Overall Experience
8
Overall a solid budget stay with very helpful staff and good breakfast/location, but marred by cramped rooms and cleanliness issues—suitable for short stays.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Serviceteam.

Pros:

Pretty standard if you've stayed at an Ibis Budget before i.e spartan but clean and adequate breakfast plus good value.

Pros:

Good Location and great hospitality
Pros:

The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful, when she saw us with a kid she automatically arranged a bigger room for us which was very kind of her.

Séjour décevant
Pros:

Pros:

Even tho the budget end of a ibis.. breakfast was well presented and clean.
Aircon or heater didnt seem to do anything so window came in handy.
Black out blind was good but when it was up or window open not much privacy from onlookers
Where was the plug for sink, not very eco friendly if running water to have a wash.
