Frühstück und Zimmer waren hervorragend

Cons:

Sehr irreführende Darstellung des Hotels. Auf dem ersten Profilbild wird ein wunderschöner Pool prominent gezeigt, sodass man als Gast davon ausgeht, dass dieser zum Hotel gehört und während des Aufenthalts genutzt werden kann. Vor Ort wurde uns jedoch erklärt, dass der Pool nicht zum Hotel gehört. Tickets dafür werden zwar an der Rezeption verkauft, müssen aber zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Zudem dürfen Kinder den Pool erst ab 14 Jahren nutzen.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel unter anderem gerade deshalb gebucht, weil in der Darstellung ein Pool zu sehen ist. Dass dieser nicht zum Hotel gehört und nur gegen Aufpreis sowie mit einer Altersbeschränkung genutzt werden kann, war für uns bei der Buchung nicht ausreichend ersichtlich.

Schade, denn die Darstellung vermittelt einen anderen Eindruck, als man ihn vor Ort vorfindet. Hier sollte aus meiner Sicht deutlich transparenter darauf hingewiesen werden, dass der Pool nicht zum Hotel gehört und nur unter bestimmten Bedingungen genutzt werden kann.
