Highly recommended- great location and convenient.
Pros:

Location was great as it is near to Tofukuji station, and just one stop to Kyoto Station using JR Line. Easy access to Fushimi Inari, Gion and other places using Keihan Line. I love the neighbourhood. They also provide adapter, instant coffee, iron, vacuum, mugs, etc - which were good and thoughtful.

Cons:

The washing machine in our room needs servicing I think. The spin or airdry was extremely loud and we were worried of the noise disturbing others.
The suction of the vacuum wasn't strong enough, used it twice to clean our room.

Pros:

Location was very close to train station and 7-11. Lots of conveniences available like umbrellas, laundry detergent and drying rack, lots of towels, etc. Very quiet and clean.

Cons:

The beds weren't the most comfortable, I could feel the springs in mine. But they weren't bad.

Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

A big room with balcony, clean, very quiet area, no far from station. There was a washing machine in the room, washing powder was also provided. Furthermore, there was a small cooker and fridge.

Cerca de parada de metro, estación de trenes locales y estación de Kyoto

Cons:

Dicen que limpian las habitaciones cada 6 días, nosotros estuvimos 4 noches, por lo que no pasaron por all.El climatizador suena como un tractor. No hay personal en recepción para ninguna consulta

良かったです。今度は連泊しようと思います。
Pros:

シンプルでしたが、細やかな配慮されていたので良いと思いました。

Cons:

暗証番号に慣れていないので、それが不便といえば不便でした。あと、洗濯機の掃除をこまめにして下さっているなら、次回の旅行では使用したいと思います。

It was spacious, quiet, clean, and nearby the train station. This was a very convenient location.

Would happily stay here again
Pros:

Loved that this hotel was in a residential area- we felt like we were part of the day to day life of the locals. Close to the train station and to the beautiful Tofuku-ji Temple- our favourite moments in Kyoto were in Tofukuji
We enjoyed having our own apartment, small balcony, umbrellas to borrow when needed.
Staff were lovely
