A perfect ten
Pros:

I cant praise this hotel enough. Everything about it was perfect. The room, the location and the service. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Giovanni for all his help in navigating the city center. A peaceful, beautiful hotel in a walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was very good and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing that I can complain about. Perfect in every way.

Great Location for drivers, great breakfast!
Pros:

Overall, we had a very good stay at Horto Convento. It is a bit pricey in my opinion, but it offers a lot of value depending on how you travel.
PROS:
Perfect for Cars: This is the absolute best location if you are coming to Florence by car. It sits just outside the ZTL (traffic restriction zone), making arrival and parking stress-free.
Spacious Rooms: We stayed in a ground-floor suite, and the room was big and comfortable.
Fantastic Breakfast: The breakfast was awesome with a great selection.

Cons:

The rooms are not well-insulated, so you can hear everything at night. I understand it is an old, historic structure, but I believe this is an area that can and should be improved.
For a 4-star hotel at this price point, I would really like to see a gym or a small spa area added to improve the overall guest experience.
