Cons:

We werden ondergebracht in een zuster hotel, Della Calza. Ca 20minuten lopen naar de stad. De kamer was redelijk groot (28 m2) maar weinig handig ingericht. Er lijkt veel opbergruimte te zijn maar wat kast deuren lijken blijken gewoon panelen te zijn. De badkamer is relatief klein; en de wastafel is buiten de badkamer geplaatst. Het management van het ontbijt was geen feest. Kortom, mooie locatie maar geen top.

Such a wonderful helpful staff!! Sooo beautiful and clean, the bed was super comfy. Lovely products in room, the breakfast was perfect along with having the Bar starting 4 pm. All the staff so attentive and helpful! I loved the location too,, I enjoyed the Oltrano neighborhood very much! I will be back! Grazie’ Hotel Horto staff!

Alles in Allem, ein tolles kleines Hotel, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Empfehlung.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und ruhig.

Cons:

Also ich kann nicht sagen, dass mir etwas nicht gefallen hat. Das Zimmer von der Lage her war suboptimal, vor Allem wohl in den Sommermonaten, wenn Gäste vermehrt auf der Terrasse frühstücken werden / würden. Zimmer 101. Grund: Die Terrasse ist direkt vor dem Zimmer. Da wir jedoch nicht in der Hauptsaison unterwegs waren hat es uns nicht gestört. Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr schön gewesen.

You should definitely choose an other hotel in order to sleep well

Cons:

1. No soundproofing at all : you will hear everything from your neighbors from both sides, up and down.
2. Bathrooms very small
3. Wifi very low and very limited
4. Breakfast variety vey poor for a four stars

Hotel molto curato come il bar, la camera e il servizio, tutto impeccabile. I ragazzi tutti gentilissimi sia alla reception che alla sala colazioni🥰 torneremo, rilassante con vetrate vista giardino. Zona di San Frediano una scoperta per i ristorantini e localini molto piacevole.

Excellent location and wonderful staff. Attention to detail lacking for the quality of hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood but with 10-15 minutes walk of the hustle and bustle.
A lovely retreat at the end of a busy day with welcome staff and a garden to relax in.

Cons:

Only small points but those that make a difference between good and excellent.
No kettle or facility to make a cup of tea. Room service costs 10 euros.
If you don’t get to breakfast early you will not get a full choice. We arrived at 9am - not late - and all bread/croissants had finished. Only sliced packet bread available.
