A Wonderful Hotel Experience
Pros:

The staff are really welcoming, they all went out of their way to make me extremely comfortable, always wearing a smile.
The Air conditioning is super cold. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. Thank you for making my stay such a pleasant experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

They need to improve in all corners and put guests' needs at the heart of their business.
Pros:

Breakfast was extremely poor. I mean charging me for a tea bag was unbelievable. I will not recommend it to a friend. The staff are poorly trained.

Breakfast was good but needs improvement. A very clean environment. Staff are friendly and professional. Overall services are excellent. Well done and keep it up.

Cons:

The door between rooms 202 and 206 should be removed and replaced with cement blocks. The wooden door causes inconvenience because of the noise coming from quests in the other room. Some quests are unruly and noisy when calling or receiving telephone calls which can be very irritating.
