Pros:

The location was close to where I came for business

Cons:

At first, the receptionist was very cold to me
They said the room I reserved was occupied
I had to pay more for a higher room
The TV had only 2 channels; a sport channel and an Indian soap channel
The bed was too soft for my liking
The toilet WC was not flushing, despite the complain, it wasn't repaired
The shower was leaking from the pipes

Pros:

The environment is nice and the property itself is very clean. The staff are friendly and dutiful. The Air condition in the room is an old window unit and not effective. No complementary water for drinking and no complementary tea l. Electric kettle was not even provided for guests to make tea where tea were purchased on their own. The management of the property need to review their policies for better customer satisfaction and patronage

Good place for the price
Pros:

The breakfast was good but I was not given options. Food was very good

I will not be staying there again
Pros:

It was just okay there was no hot water to take my bath and the toilet was not flushing

Cons:

I asked for two hours of checkout because my flight was delayed and I checked in by 12:30 pm but they asked me to pay for it

A Wonderful Hotel Experience
Pros:

The staff are really welcoming, they all went out of their way to make me extremely comfortable, always wearing a smile.
The Air conditioning is super cold. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. Thank you for making my stay such a pleasant experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
