Cheap and cheerful
Pros:

Good to have free parking. Room was pretty big as had a twin with a double and single bed. Pretty clean and big tv. No one in room next to us which was a bonus. Found lovely coffee shop to walk to transylvania coffee. Lovely garden and outside seating area

Cons:

Weird location as in very affluent houses then some very run down and derelict. I could imagine if you had someone noisy above or next door the walls are thin

Cons:

Il faut entretenir et rénover cet hôtel: les moquettes sont usées et par endroit tachées, les fenêtres tiennent à peine et le bois part en miettes, les joints sont presque tous partis et certaines vitres sont soient décalées de l’encadrement soient entourées de moisissures.

Pros:

No signage from the road, we drove past several times till we found it despite using satnav. It was dirty and run down. No front entrance, reception only available between 2:30 - 9:30. No access to rooms from reception. You had to go outside and into the accommodation via another door. Same key opened external door and room door (did it open any other rooms as well ?????). Security door chains on the inside of the room 😮😮😮. I wouldn’t give it 1 star.

Cons:

The price, £196.02 for two of us for two nights. It’s little more than a run down hostel. It smells of neglect and age. The photos do not reflect the true accommodation. We found a snail crawling up the wall. I checked under the bed before we left and found cobwebs and dust everywhere. We were on the ground floor. From 03:45ish on both mornings we were woken up by the resident upstairs banging and stamping about the room for about 10 mins. Then again an hour later and again an hour later again. Sleep was hard to come by.
