La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza
Todo estuvo perfecto, solo que son un pocos pequeños no tiene mucho espacio. Pero de los demás excelentes

Habia pagado por una habitación con dos camas después me cambiaron a una matrimonial y dicha habitación era súper súper chiquita no había espacio y el baño tenía un olor muy desagradable por lo que pedí mi cambio y en el nuevo cuarto habían cucarachas q salian de la ducha y vi una saliendo de mi cama.
El espacio de la habitación es muy muy reducido no lo recomiendo
It's clean.
So the problem is there is no power. It's currently 9:26 PM. That means when you get here, you can't have a shower. There's no AC no internet, no water, no. Television no Wi-Fi that is an issue as to be reimbursed, so I can go to different hotel. They said, no, they said, get ahold of booking. .com trying to get through the booking.com is a nightmare. It's an absolute joke pretty much the front desk told everybody here to go f*** themselves

their breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for our purpose of the Casino
It is in fact in walking distance from the airport! It is very “functional”. Rooms are small, but all there. Bathroom small, but again everything you need. Staff was friendly.
well, nothing is exactly new. It has certainly seen better years! There is nothing in the area, no restaurant, no cafe, nothing. Even the gas stations nearby didn’t have a store…

Only thing I can complain about, were the pillows, too thick and a bit hard, hard on my neck. Nothing serious.
It close to airport
Lovely quirky hotel. Small room but it was clean and fine for an overnight stay or a few days. Near to the airport but far away from most of the attractions in the city.
There could have been more of a selection for breakfast... more fruit, yogurts etc.
There was a loud noise just as I turned the lights off to go to sleep. Not sure where it was coming from but luckily it didn't last more than 20 minutes.

La saleté des planchers surtout la douche. La porte du balcon qui ne fermait pas bien et ne barrait pas. Très peu dormi !
Le personnel a été très attentionné malgré la situation qui prévalait ces derniers jours à Puerto Vallarta. Accès à la terrasse sur le toit très apprécié d'autant que nous étions confinés,
Plusieurs équipements ne fonctionnaient pas ... air climatisé, lampe de chevet, eau chaude. Par ailleurs, je comprends que la situation n'était pas normale à ce moment.
