Buena ubicación, ambiente agradable, gran café.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Nos hicieron el check-in muy temprano así que pudimos disfrutar de la Ciudad. El desayuno tiene buen sabor. El café muy bueno. La habitación para 4 lessons es de buen tamaño. Tienen un área muy agradable para huéspedes donde puedes hacer té, café, usar microondas, lavar termos,.leer, etc. El personal es amable. Solo probamos postres y café y estaban deliciosos. Está cerca de la estación (a pie o en autobús) el supermercado y una lavandería automática.

Cons:

El desayuno tenía opciones muy limitada en variedad y cantidad. El mayor pero que himos fue que después de las 5 de la tarde no había nadie para ocuparse de los clientes. Salíamos temprano un día y no pudimos pedir el desayuno para llevar con anticipación. En la habitación no había pañuelos desechables ni otras amenidades. El último día no hicieron limpieza del piso.

Pros:

The breakfast here is quality! Not many options but what they serve are delicious and fresh! I enjoyed cappucino every morning here. The French female staff was sweet and helpful to us. We love our spacious room with 3 beds, wooden floor and decent size of bathroom. We love how new it is. Guest Lounge is a bonus! Very thoughtful of the owner to make sure we have a place to chill before taking the train to final destination. I will definitely come back here again!

Pros:

The staff were friendly and treated you like family. We had a great view from our room overlooking the river and the mountains.
It is walking distance to both Interlaken Ost and West train stations. Great location.

Would recommend and would stay again!
Pros:

Lovely little property, amazing views and facilities! We encountered a problem on our first night and had to ring the out of hours number. The problem was fixed within minutes.

I left the hotel with my family because of the unacceptable behavior of one of the staff members. She banged aggressively on our door and said, “You don’t know how to use the bathroom. Why is there water like this?” I was with my three children, and they were all frightened and distressed by the situation.She also used the word “fuck,” told us to get out, and said other offensive and disrespectful things that were completely inappropriate and do not reflect Booking.com’s standards.Please take immediate action, investigate this incident, and ensure that our rights are protected. I am requesting a full refund due to the unacceptable treatment we received and the fear and distress caused to my children and family. I also paid the city tax, and I request that this amount be refunded as well.
