La localización

Cons:

Necesita mantenimiento. Se sale agua del plato de ducha al suelo del baño. Las ventantas estaban sucias. La TV muy pequeña. No hay acondicionador en el baño, ni un lápiz. Suelo deteriorado por agua y puertas armario deterioradas. Solo 3 perchas en el armario

La estancia fue muy mala debido a una filtración de agua en la habitación durante la madrugada. Estuvieron cayendo gotas constantemente del techo hasta altas horas de la noche, sin que se solucionara el problema en el momento. Además de la incomodidad y la falta de descanso, esta mañana descubrí que uno de mis iPad se había mojado por el agua que caía en la habitación. La gestión de la incidencia por parte del alojamiento no estuvo a la altura de la situación.

La ubicación es una pasada, justo en la playa, las vistas desde la habitación chulísimas.

Cons:

No me gustó que no pudimos desayunar en el hotel, ni siquiera pagando. El bar estaba cerrado los tres días que estuvimos.
Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas le faltan servicios y a las habitaciones les vendría bien un repaso.

La ubicación es inmejorable y el encanto del hotel. El trato del personal estupendo, tuvimos un problema con la cerradura de la habitación y lo arreglaron inmediatamente.

Cons:

Personal poco agradable. El hotel está muy viejo, muy mal mantenido, entraba aire por las ventanas, manchas de humedad en las ventanas y en el baño. Sin desayuno hasta las 10:00 de la mañana a diario.
