Smell of the entrance hall and passages. No hairdryer in room. Had to pay R200 cash deposit to get one. Room is very basic. Staff obviously work under fear of management.

Pros:

Location is great. Rooms and cleaning staff are amazing. Breakfast team were ok but breakfast setupand restrictions were unpleasant.

Cons:

I did not like the standard and restrictive breakfast.it really felt awkward 😐

Cons:

Breakfast was not included in my booking, so I ordered from the menu. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow, and when the meal eventually arrived, it did not match the menu description. There was no communication regarding the missing items until I raised the issue, at which point I was informed that some ingredients were unavailable. Better communication and proactive updates would have improved the experience.
