Genek olarak güzel konaklamaydı
Pros:

İki kişi için ayrı odalar rezervasyon yaptırmıştık. Girişte odalarımızın aynı binada olması konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. Giriş ve çıkış işlemlerimiz oldukça hızlı ve sorunsuz sürdü. Kahvaltısı ise hem çok çeşitli hem de çok lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Cons:

Odaların normal anahtarla açılması yerine elektronik kartlı bir sistem olması çok daha pratik olurdu. Ayrıca odaya ilk girdiğimizde camlar açık bırakıldığı için içeri sinek girmişti, büyük bir problem olmasa da yerleşirken biraz uğraştırdı.

Clean hotel with very good break buffet
Pros:

Nice sized room. Comfortable. Great breakfast buffet. Would have liked to have used the hammam (women only) but you need to reserve like a day ahead. Relatively quiet. People at the reception were nice.

Cons:

A little bit away from the center of town. Not too bad, still businesses in the area but not central to the sights. Took taxis.

Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fueron las personas, amables, nos ayudaron en diferentes necesidades: un taxi para una excursión a otra ciudad, un picnic, con mucha amabilidad. Gracias
El desayuno muy correcto con muchos dulces y zumos naturales. Merece la pena.

Cons:

El hotel necesita un poco de cuidado, actualización y pintura. (Le pondria alguna decoración también) No es silencioso. Para el precio tendrían que invertir en cuidarlo más.

Pros:

L'accueil, l'emplacement et un personnel sympa et diligent. Des réceptionnistes Amine et Mohamed très gentils et de leur buffet du petit déjeuner très riche et variés.
Chambres très propres et spacieux, restauration au 5e étage avec une très belle vue

Cons:

Me cobraron 10€ por un servicio de taxi desde el hotel al puerto de Tanger ville, un precio desorbitado teniendo en cuenta los precios de los taxis locales. Me vi obligada a contratarlo porque no me quedaban Dirhams. Picaresca marroquí con los turistas.

Cons:

O barulho dos outros hóspedes, muitos sem respeito a bater as portas durante a noite e falar alto nos corredores, o hotel deveria impor regras de respeito pelo descanso dos outros.
Que vejam isso como uma crítica construtiva porque sabemos que vocês não têm culpa nenhuma da má educação dos hóspedes.
Casa de banho um pouco pequena sem arrumação para colocar os bens pessoais.

Habe drei Tage vor Anreise gebucht,es war nicht mehr viel Auswahl,hat mich an den Bewertungen orientiert,wegen des guten Frühstück.Ich bin schon viel auf der Welt rumgekommen aber das war wirklich mit das beste was ich erlebt habe.Alles frisch zubereitet Marokkanische Küche frische Säfte alles was dein Herz begehrt,lecker riesen Auswahl.Zimmer waren auch gut und sauber man hält sich eh nur zum schlafen auf.Zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar. Auto konnte ich auf den Hof abstellen mit Video Ueberwachung.Personal sehr hilfsbereit , freundlich und nett.Ich würde es wieder buchen.Vielen lieben Dank an alle Shukran

We booked this hotel but were relocated to 'Hotel El Toro' instead. It wasn't a huge issue as the amenities were similar; however, it was further from the city center. We also wasted time arguing with the staff, who blamed Booking.com instead of accepting our reservation. We noticed others facing the same problem, so overbooking seems to be a common practice here.
