Personnel serviable et agréable.
Petit déjeuner varié, produits frais et très bons.
Propreté des parties communes.

Cons:

Les équipements dans la chambre: matelas vieux et pas confortables, rideau non fonctionnel, télécommande de la télévision qui ne marche pas, serviettes de bain non suffisantes.
Le service d'entretien: nous avons séjourné une semaine, il a fallu demander le service du ménage, insister sur le fait de nous donner du papier toilette et de changer les serviettes de bain. Le ménage consisteait en un simple passage de serpillière.
Localisation: l'hôtel est certes pas loin du centre, mais si vous dépendez uniquement des transports en communs, essentiellement des petits taxi, il est parfois compliqué d'en avoir malgré leur grand nombre. Attention, vous ne pourrez pas tout faire à pied car l'hôtel n'est pas en plein centre.
Le diner inclut: grosse déception sur l'option demi pension, plus particulièrement du diner. Beaucoup de retard dans le service et la moitié des plats indiqués sur la carte ne sont pas disponibles. Néanmoins, personnel très agréable.
