Restaurant timings are:
Wednesday to Friday- 12:00 PM TO 1:45 PM.
Tuesday to Saturday- 5.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. (until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday)
Sundays- 11:30 am to 3:00 pm
The restaurant is closed on Saturday and Tuesday noon, Sunday evening and Monday all day.
Wellness and fitness center are open from 6 am to 10 pm. Fitness is included in the price of the room, wellness is at an additional cost. Please note that children under the age of 14 years are not allowed in wellness and fitness center.
Children below 14 years old are not allowed to use the swimming pool that is located in the center of the wellness.

Le calme, la clim, le personnel
L'espace Wellness
Les heures d'ouverture du restaurant, pas moyen de manger du dimanche midi au mardi soir, c’zst assez inadmissible. Au moins on pourrait avoir un bar ouvert, mêle pas.
L’hôtel devrait faire un sérieux effort pour la lutte contre les mouches qui étaient particulièrement agressives un peu partout, même au wellness!!
Rien de special
Attention ! C’est pas un hôtel avec piscine. Mais un hôtel jumelé avec une piscine privé. Il faut payer pour l’utiliser en même temps que pleins de gens qui font de l’aquagym. C’est vraiment une mauvaise surprise pour le prix déjà très élevé de la chambre. Et aussi pas de parking privé qui ferme la nuit. Personnel assez désagréable à l’accueil quand j’ai fait les remarques et voulais annuler c’était pas possible.

Le calme
Ich war für ein Wochenende mit einer Freundin dort.
Für den Check-in sollte man wissen, dass eine richtige Kreditkarte oder Bargeld für die Kaution benötigt wird. Mit EC- oder Debitkarte kommt man hier leider nicht weit.
Nicht alle Mitarbeitenden sprechen Englisch, es war aber immer jemand vor Ort, der im Zweifel das Gespräch übernehmen konnte.
Das Zimmer war eher modern und minimalistisch eingerichtet. Im Doppelbett gab es zunächst nur eine große Decke, eine zweite zu bekommen war aber überhaupt kein Problem.
Der Spa-Bereich war ausreichend ausgestattet, mit Pool, Hamam und finnischer Sauna. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Beim Frühstück wäre eine klarere Organisation der Gästekontrolle wünschenswert. Ich hatte meine Zimmernummer bereits einer Mitarbeiterin mitgeteilt, wurde später jedoch erneut gefragt und anschließend darauf hingewiesen, dass wir angeblich nicht auf der Liste stehen würden. Dadurch musste ich vom Frühstückstisch aufstehen und selbst auf der Liste zeigen, dass ich zum Frühstück berechtigt war. Das war unangenehm und hätte aus meiner Sicht diskreter und professioneller gelöst werden können.
Im Spa-Bereich war der Whirlpool leider sehr laut, was die entspannte Atmosphäre etwas gestört hat.

- There is no fridge in the room, it's a pity and rare for such a nice hotel!! we travelled with a little one and wanted to store her food...
- Kids are not allowed in the swimming pool, it's also a pity...
L'ensemble était au top comme sur les photos.
Très propres, un personnel souriant et de très bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est aussi conseillé, de très bonne qualité.
Nous étions là pour une course au spa francorchamps, hôtel proche du circuit. ( à Recommander)
Le +++, nous avions eu la vu sur la prairie avec les vaches derrière l'hôtel, en tant qu'agriculteurs, nous étions super heureux.

Very well located this hotel offers plenty of parking space, a warm welcome by the staff, a nice, modern, ultra quiet room and a clean bathroom. Their wellness area is on the smaller side but more than ok, very clean and cozy. An absolute winner is their restaurant called Umami, which serves a large selection of top quality food at very reasonable prices! There also an wine list to be proud of and the ambience of the restaurant is just fantastic! The breakfast buffet is more than complete and offers the same quality..
Nothing good about my stay.
They held a deposit on my credit card and did not cancel it. This forced me to phone abroad and discuss it with them several times which was costly and time consuming.
