Belle découverte
Pros:

Belle surprise cet hôtel : jolie déco, chambre et lit confortables. Balcon avec vue sur un lac et surtout l'hôtel est très calme, nous le recommandons vivement.

La limpieza de la habitación y la renovación con detalle de cápsula café y té.

No hemos comprendido que durante el fin de semana no hay restauración.
No hay opción a tomarse una copa en la terraza del jardín.
La piscina tiene los azulejos rotos y se ve que no están limpios como debería.
Muy feo el tener la piscina con una vaya todo alrededor.
Muy pocas butacas en la piscina debido al pico espacio que hay.
No tuvimos servicio de limpieza de habitación el domingo, nos dijeron que la señora del servicio limpieza tuvo un problema.

J'ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l'accueil dès mon arrivée. Le personnel a été d'une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant, disponible et à l'écoute tout au long de mon séjour. Leur professionnalisme et leur bienveillance ont vraiment fait la différence et m'ont permis de me sentir parfaitement accueilli. L'hôtel était très agréable, et je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter, notamment pour la qualité exceptionnelle de son service.

Tout à été parfait, propreté, chambres toutes neuves, personnel adorable, bon chef cuisine , piscine etc,
Bien reposé dans cet hôtel, joli étang et belles terrasses.

Cons:

Le moins a été restaurant très bruyant
Et petit déjeuner qui pourrait être un peu plus proteiné et manque de fruit et légume comme avocat, tomates, œufs brouillé, mais bon café, à préciser car rare dans les hôtels, merci

Het ontbrak het hotel aan algemene gezelligheid, in alle gemeenschappelijke ruimten.

Bepaald personeel erg vriendelijk ander erg onvriendelijk.
Ontbijtruimte ongezellig (erg stil geen achtergrondmuziek) en erg karig ontbijt.
Inkomruimte ongezellig, nachthal muffig.
