Aamiainen oli todella huono, kaikki ruuat ilman kylmketjua pöydillä ja oli tosi kuuma. Emme uskaltaneet syödä juuri mitään.

Cons:

Henkilökunta oli todella huonoa sinä päivänä kun saavuimme. Miten voidaan hotelliin laittaa henkilö joka ei osaa englantia, katsoi google kääntäjällä koko ajan ja ulosanti oli huonoa ja oli muutenkin todella epäkohtelias, soitti loppumatkasta ja haukkui meitä kun emme ole ilmoittaneet että olemme myöhässä. Myöhästyimme n. 15 minuuttia. Kysyimme parkkeerauksesta, hyvin epäselvä selostus ja sanoi ettei oikein tiedä kun ei asu siellä. Seuraavana päivänä oli ystävällisempi ihminen.

Ottimo albergo in centro paese.
Pros:

Struttura in ottima posizione. Praticamente in centro paese e a 2 passi dal mare. Personale gentile e professionale. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Stanza e spazi comuni pulitissimi. Un ringraziamento particolare a Barbara e Francesca per la loro attenzione nei nostri confronti.

Cons:

Parking is an absolute nightmare. It took me nearly an hour to find a parking space, which significantly impacted my overall experience.
The property itself is very dated and poorly maintained. Based on its condition, I would rate it one star, if not less.
While the staff seemed willing to help, service was generally slow and inefficient.
One particularly concerning issue was that the hotel kept my original identification documents after check-in. I asked them to return them the day after, pointing out it is not legal to keep guests’ docs. Standard practice is to make a copy and
return the documents immediately, so I found this inappropriate and potentially problematic.
The breakfast was acceptable, but it was more in line with a lower-category property and did not meet the standards I would expect.
