Es hat uns gut gefallen.die Zimmer wurden Frühstück war ausreichend. Betten gut und das Personal freundlich.

Pros:

Topp Lage, um in die Stadt mit Bus oder Rad zu fahren und das Auto sicher geparkt zu haben.
Im Hotel war alles sauber, freundlich und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Gute Lage direkt am Radweg, ausreichend Parkplätze, gutes Frühstück. Restaurant nicht mit den typischen überteuerten Hotelpreisen.

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber. Sehr hellhörig. Keine Angebote für Kinder-Spielecke oder Spielplatz.

A hotel with genuinely excellent staff, but the issues related to ventilation, room comfort, and housekeeping noticeably
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Their professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference.

Another important advantage was the availability of convenient free parking, which is always highly appreciated when traveling by car and certainly added comfort to the overall experience.

Cons:

Having stayed in many hotels across Europe, I was honestly surprised by several aspects of this property.

Upon arrival, the room window had been left open for ventilation despite the absence of a mosquito screen. Unfortunately, this resulted in an uncomfortable number of insects in the room — not exactly the first impression one hopes for after a journey. As a consequence, I was unable to properly air the room for the remainder of my stay.

Housekeeping also fell below expectations. Cleaning appeared somewhat superficial, with attention focused mainly on immediately visible areas. The bathroom lacks proper ventilation, which meant towels remained damp for extended periods. Fresh towels became less of a luxury request and more of a practical necessity.

The room itself felt unexpectedly minimalistic. For a relatively modern hotel, I found the lack of a refrigerator and the limited in-room amenities disappointing. The overall atmosphere felt rather bare and did not fully correspond to the comfort level I was anticipating.

Hotel je na predivnom mjestu. Prelijep park. Veliki besplatan parking. Autobus na 2 minuta od hotela.
Mi smo koristili automobil do centra Karlovih Vari.
Lako smo nalazili javni parking koji nije bio skup,Osoblje hotela i restorana je preljubazno

Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, für jeden etwas dabei. Freundliches Personal und Parkplätze kostenfrei am Hotel.

Cons:

Leider fuhr der Bus am Wochenende nur stündlich (dafür kann das Hotel nichts), aber so waren wir doch auf das Auto angewiesen.
Im Bad war leider die Lüftung defekt, sodass wir nach 3 Personen, die geduscht haben, eine Dampfsauna hatten.
Sonst hab es nichts zu beanstanden

Pros:

Modern gestaltetes Hotel 2,5 km außerhalb des Zentrums gelegenen. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Gutes Frühstück. Abendessen ebenfalls schmackhaft, allerdings wenig Auswahl!

Cons:

Sauna nicht im Preis inbegriffen! Exklusive Nutzung für 2 Personen für 40 € pro Stunde zu teuer!

Ogólnie w porządku.
Pros:

Przestronny pokój. Duży, darmowy parking. Cicha, spokojna okolica. Widać, że obsługa dba o czystość w pokojach.

Cons:

Mały wybór dań na śniadaniach, zwłaszcza wegetariańskich jak na hotel 4*.
