Twenty Eight is a cash free hotel, so please bring your credit or debit card for any further payments. All the major bankcards are accepted.

Please be advised that the minimum age in the hotel is 21.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the Studio and Executive Apartment is 2 persons. It is not possible for an extra person to stay in these room types.
If you wish to add an extra adult or child to the accommodation, please book the 2-Bedroom Apartment.

This is a non-smoking hotel and smoking is not permitted in all areas. There is a terrace where guests are allowed to smoke cigarettes.
Please note that if guests do smoke in the non-permitted areas, there will be a € 280,- fine.

The hotel does not allow pets.

Please note that for bookings up to 6 nights, a touch up is offered if the guest places a door hanger on the doorknob. For stays over 7 nights, we offer weekly cleaning and new towels every 3 days.

A wonderful, comfortable and family-friendly stay with spacious rooms, great facilities, delicious breakfast, convenient
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here as a family traveling with our one-year-old baby. The room was excellent and we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and both the kitchen and bathroom were very well designed and practical. Overall, the room felt more like a proper living space than just a hotel room, which made a huge difference for us with a baby.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, yet getting around was very easy thanks to the public transport stop right in front of the hotel. We actually felt that we were much more comfortable here than we would have been in a smaller hotel room in the city centre.

Breakfast did not have a huge variety, but everything was delicious, fresh and high quality. Before our trip, we thought we would probably go out for breakfast, but in the end we never felt the need to.

There is also a large supermarket only about a two-minute walk away, open until 10 p.m., which was extremely convenient for buying anything we needed for ourselves and our baby.

The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful.

In short, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if we returned to Amsterdam.
