Well-kept grounds and excellent amenities (pool, beach reservation)

Categories

Cleanliness
9.1
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness ('pulitissime', 'la pulizia'); rooms described as very clean and well kept, with only a few isolated maintenance issues (es. box doccia che perde) mentioned.
Service
9.4
Service repeatedly highlighted as a strength: staff described as very courteous, helpful and proactive (mentions of Giorgia and Riccardo), attentive beach/reservation service; overall very positive guest comments.
Location
9.5
Location and panorama are a consistent highlight: spectacular views over the Aeolian islands, panoramic position and poolside vistas repeatedly praised.
Room Quality
8.4
Rooms described as comfortable, spacious and largely new; however some guests reported issues (wrong room allocation, shower door defect causing flooding, and noise/poor soundproofing) which reduce the score slightly.
Amenities
9.3
Amenities (notably the pool with exceptional view, reserved beach spots and overall property grounds) are frequently praised and considered standout features.
Value for Money
8.9
Standard quality for this hotel tier
Food and Beverage
8.1
Mixed feedback: several guests praise a varied, abundant buffet and good breakfast moments, while others find the breakfast standard/continental and lacking local specialties; some delays reported for table-served coffee.
Overall Experience
8.5
Overall very positive stays ('stupendo', 'can't wait to be back'), with strong impressions from staff, pool and views; a few operational and F&B shortcomings temper a perfect score.
