No frills, suitable for an overnight stay
Pros:

Convenient location as we were travelling the following morning - next to Gare de l'Est, short walk from Gare du Nord.
The room wasn't ready when we arrived but was well prepared within half-an-hour. Quite cramped, but, for a one-night stay, adequate, reasonably comfortable and clean.
There's a lift: capacity one person with suitcases.
Restaurants within walking distance.
Basic accommodation, suitable for an overnight stay. We would use it again.

Pros:

The location and the toilets were nice

Cons:

They took money just only to keep our luggage.

There was no AC in the rooms. It was more than 30 degrees and the rooms were so hot and there were no AC or any fan. The stuff didn’t do anything. There were also no refrigerator or kettle in the rooms.

Only slept there because literally no room
Pros:

Handy to station for Eurostar

Cons:

No soap for shower , no face cloths, hand towel, bath mat, no coffee making facilities ,very cramped.No where to put suitcases, rip in sheet although they were clean. Expensive for what we got.

Pros:

Accueil et personnel très agréable, quelque soit l'heure.

Cons:

Côté route, quartier bruyant, bon on comprend pourquoi la chambre était la moins chère, en corrélation avec le prix donc.
A noter un petit déjeuner a seulement 6 euro, mais faut pas avoir vraiment faim

Un très mauvais séjour.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Au niveau des portes des chambres qui donnent dans le couloir, il y a une épaisseur de 5 cm où on voit le couloir. Donc les gens entendent tout il n'y a aucune intimité. De plus, il faisait très chaud, il n'y a pas de climatisation. La douche est très très très petite et le lit est très très inconfortable.

La posizione e il personale che ha cercato, vista la nostra delusione, di aiutarci in una sistemazione più comoda.

Cons:

E' una vecchia struttura ristrutturata. Il bagno è minuscolo attaccato letteralmente al letto, con una vecchia porta "scorrevole", con un gradino in bagno (2mt x1mt) troppo alto per andare in doccia.

Prezzo altissimo per stanze piccolissime e sporchissime
Cons:

Per 250 euro a notte mi aspettavo sicuramente di più. Le camere erano piccole, anche se noi avevamo una familiare. La pulizia pessima, c'erano gomitoli di capelli mischiati alla polvere per tutta la camera. La posizione non era molto vicina al centro, ma comunque non abbiamo dormito niente perché le camere davano sulla strada e suonavano i clacson fino a tarda notte. Non ci hanno neanche rifatto la camera.

l'un des pire établissement qui j’ai fréquenter en France et pourtant j'en es fais des hôtels
Pros:

Ce t’eablissement ne devrais pas fonctionné
Chambre exugu, salle de bain fait pour enfant de mois de 10 ans , chaleur extrême dans l'établissement aucune climatisation dans l'ensemble de l'établissement, salle de bain , flexible qui fuit .
Je ne recommande pas de louer cet endroit .

Établissement exigu, aucun confort et sur boulingrin une présentation de photo qui ne reflète pas la réalité
