Een mooi hotel, schone ruime kamers en een lekker bed..
Heel vriendelijk personeel, die voor alles klaat staat
Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Het enige probleem is dat je nergens leest en heeft ook niets met het hotel zelf te maken, maar naar de binnen stad te wandelen moet je redelijk goed te been zijn en vrijj sportief, want dit is een flinke wandeling. Je kan het in 15 a 20 min. doen, maar is best pittig.

Pros:

Très bel établissement avec un bon emplacement.
Le personnel était très sympathique, à notre arrivée le personnel a été accueillant en nous servant une boisson de bienvenue et nous a surclassé dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer et sur la ville, nous avons vraiment apprécié cette délicate attention.
On nous a expliqué les centres d’intérêts et comment s’y rendre dès notre hotel.
Le personnel était souriant et agréable et disponible pour répondre à nos besoins (organisation des transferts aller-retour si besoin)
Petit déjeuner jusqu’à 11heures du matin ce qui est cool pour les gens non matinaux.
La chambre était très belle, propre avec deux terrasses et surtout climatisée.

Pros:

staff was really helpful and friendly, they upgraded our room for us to be able to be close with our friends, overall great.

Cons:

pool was not clean in our rooms also the main problem we had was there was a mold smell in our room and especially in the shower and sink the water smell and tasted like mold which was really disturbing.

Well what can I say !! What a beautiful place with beautiful people (staff) so welcoming and so accommodating to everything you needed. We stayed in a room for 3 people which was perfect for us girls it was cleaned and beds made with clean towels everyday. The bar staff and waiters etc were amazing especially Amarillo he made us feel really welcome told us about the island and where to eat etc get really is a credit to your establishment. I will definitely becoming back to this hotel with my daughters.
