All staff were exceptional from start to finish. They are what makes My Mykonos so special. All were very helpful with advice about where to go and what to see. The vibe was very chilled and calm. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. We were upgraded to a room with a plunge pool and allowed to stay a little longer at no charge as we had a late flight. First class service throughout.
It’s on a steep slope so you get fabulous views. There are several pathways into town - all very steep but doable. Taxis are at a premium but get the bus from the Old Port and ask the driver to drop you off at AB - just nearby.
All the staff were so friendly and helpful the whole time!! The best service ever and everyone went above and beyond! Thank you so much!

We had an amazing stay at My Mykonos Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. As a lovely surprise, we were upgraded to a room with a private swimming pool, which made our stay even more special. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Mykonos Town. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and every member of staff made us feel valued and well looked after.
Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. If anything, we wish we could have stayed longer!
From start to finish the staff were exceptional. They did everything to ensure our stay was perfect. Athina and team wanted nothing more than for us to have a wonderful experience at My Mykonos Hotel and that they achieved.
The only downside was the large hill into town but the hotel more than made up for this.

It is at the top of a very steep hill (this didn’t bother us but may be a problem for some) so to get in and out of the old town can be a bit of a walk but this is such a minor issue as the hotel more than makes up for it.

I would strongly advise people to think carefully before booking My Mykonos Hotel based on our recent experience.
We checked in on Friday 15 May and initially everything seemed fine. However, the following morning my friend noticed what looked like a bite on the back of her leg and mentioned seeing an insect on the bed. At first we thought it may have been a one-off and didn’t think too much of it.
Later that evening, after returning to the room, we found another insect on the bed area. When touched, it jumped. Having previously dealt with a flea infestation issue elsewhere, I immediately recognised the behaviour and became extremely concerned.
We contacted reception immediately and a staff member attended with anti-itch cream and insect treatment products. We were then told we “might have to stay one more night” in the room, which was honestly shocking considering our concerns.
After a lot of back and forth we were moved rooms, but unfortunately the problems continued. In the second room we found more issues around the bed area, saw a spider running across the sheets and found hairs in the bed. By this point we no longer felt comfortable or confident staying at the hotel.
We ended up leaving and paying an additional €250 ourselves for alternative accommodation because we simply did not feel safe remaining there.
The most disappointing part has been the handling afterwards. We were promised management would contact us regarding compensation and follow-up — nobody did. We later raised the issue formally and were told a “small moth” had been found. This explanation made little sense considering moths do not bite and did not reflect our experience.
Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and customer service afterwards was as disappointing as the stay itself.
Very upsetting experience and not what we expected from our trip to Mykonos.
From the moment we arrived the service from Athina, Violanthi, Amatildo and the rest of the team has been brilliant! The team have thought of everything to make our stay truly exceptional. The rooms are beautiful, the gardens are pretty, poolside is comfortable and everything is spotless. And to top it all, on arrival our rooms were upgraded. Amazing week - thank you!
