Hôtel très confortable au centre de Miraflores mais service perfectible
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et équipement très riches. Situation intéressante.

Cons:

Personnel assez hautain et pas trop accueillant surtout si vous ne connaissez pas l espagnol. Le petit déjeuner n était pas vraiment au niveau de l hôtel. Le personnel insuffisant en salle pour gérer correctement le restaurant (plats vides et non regarnis, jus d orange vide et toujours pas réapprovisionne 20 minutes après…). Des détails qui me permettent de dire que ce n’est pas au niveau d hôtels que nous avons fréquentés avec moins d étoiles mais un service impeccable et une gentillesse incomparable). Sans doute, l effet capitale😉
