-The pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is active and is for the exclusive use of guests.

-The suite does not have kitchen utensils services. If required, we have a kit with an additional cost at reception.

El hotel y las habitaciones sucias y descuidadas
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, accesible

Cons:

No me gusta que las instalaciones no están bien cuidadas, no hay toallas en el área de alberca, ni el agua está calientita, las áreas están sucias, las mesas del patio también necesitan limpiarse, y lo que menos me gustó es que las habitaciones las limpian cada semana 🤮, y claramente cuando recibes la habitación se nota que no a Sido trapeada ni barrida, eso fue desepcionante mirar mis pies descalzos sucios por falta de limpieza en las habitaciones y cuando vas a decirles que porfavooor limpien te dicen que ya están entregadas y limpias y que no se limpian asta los 7 días😡 , bueno creo que eso es inaceptable.

Perfect for Toros de Tijuana fans—quiet rooms, excellent A/C, and a convenient location near the stadium.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceptionally quiet. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made for a great night’s sleep. The rooms were peaceful and well maintained. The location is ideal for Toros de Tijuana baseball fans, as it’s conveniently close to the stadium and makes attending games easy. Secure parking and friendly staff were also appreciated.

Cons:

Very little to complain about. The stay was pleasant overall, and everything met my expectations

Cons:

No reconocían la reserva, se hizo desde mi cuenta para 2 personas más, tenía el pdf de booking con la información de los huéspedes y de todas formas me hicieron enviar ine por correo porque ya pagadas las habitaciones no se las querían reconocer.

I had a good stay, but I don't think I would book that hotel again.
Pros:

The security, the location, and the very friendly staff.

Cons:

There was a lot of mold in the bathroom, and not enough parking; I could barely sleep because someone double-parked right next to me.
