I book for for the 12th and upon arrival at the location ,I was told that the reservation was for a different day,, I tried to explain but the froth desk didnt want to adjust so i had to stay at another sister marriott hotel and had to pay for the other hotel

Pros:

The room design and furniture was soothing when entering the room. Due to parking issues and carrying bags,the room made up for the hassle

Cons:

The parking situation after hours is behind the hotel and you have to hike a bit to the front entrance.

Comfortable and convient to the area.
Pros:

The location is perfect for us near our family. The rooms and the beds are very comfortable

Cons:

Would love more than a jug of fruit water free in the lobby. I know they have a Starbucks but I don’t like their expensive coffee.

Pros:

The common areas were updated and clean

Cons:

They offer a sofa bed and make it seem that an adult is able to sleep in it, when in actuality it is a toddler sized bed. The mattress was also missing from that sofa bed and one had to be placed there after we called. There was no offer for another room or any accommodation due to this situation.

We were moving our daughter out of college in NYC and this was a perfect location. Will definitely be back!
Pros:

Location was perfect facilities were clean. The beds were so comfortable on the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. And loved free parking!
