Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación la mayoría de las cosas estaba cerca

Cons:

No hacían la limpieza de la suite hasta el séptimo día. Si te daban toallas y sábanas limpias cada que las requerías pero no daban una limpieza de la suite

Estuvo bien pero no m gustó andar sacando la basura andar llendo a pedir papel de baño y demás si ocupábamos y como limp

Está cercas de plaza comercial y comida

Cons:

Las almohadas fatal, el baño medio limpio hay q sacar la basura, hay que ir a recepción a pedir papel de baño,jabón , shampoo, llevar toallas sucias para cambiarlas cuando lo necesitemos etc.

It was awful . I will never stay in this hotel
Cons:

The room was not clean . The bed was dirty had juice spots everywhere on the sheets. The window was broken and the room smelled of bleach. Hair and paper were all over the floor and we had no toilet paper or towels . The staff only stood talking among each other and didn’t care we were standing in line waiting.

I’m satisfied for what I payed.
Pros:

Decent gym, pool, laundry area and kitchenette

Cons:

Only receive room service every 7 days. Tv too small and no ability to use apps such as Netflix

Very welcoming and comfortable.
Pros:

Everyone was super nice and helpful. Irving at the front desk was exceptional.!!! Coming to Mexico for the first time I was a bit uncomfortable but they made me feel welcomed and even let me check into my room a couple hours early..

Cons:

Only one treadmill was functional
