Frühstücksbuffet war gut
Kein Personal an der Unterkunft
Das einzige und wirklich einzige war das Zimmer, dies hat schön ausgesehen.
Das Zimmer hat aber nicht dem Standard entsprochen, was ich mir vorstelle, wenn mit einer Minibar beworben wird gegen Aufpreis. Die Minibar war leer und die Bar im Atteli Hillside war nicht in Betrieb???? Hallo? Das Frühstück mussten wir im Atelli Seaside einnehmen, 1,3 Kilometer entfernt. Das Personal dort hat keine Notiz von uns genommen und nicht mal gefragt, ob wir berechtigt sind, das Frühstück hier einzunehmen??? Als ich tags zuvor am Nachmittag angerufen habe, weil ich eine Frage zur Ankunft hatte, hat niemand abgenommen und auch nicht zurückgerufen. Als ich mich dann via Mail bei der Reception gemeldet habe... KEINE Reaktion, nichts? Was ist das für ein Hotel, das seine Gäste einfach hängen lässt? NIE MEHR Atelli. Bitte bucht nicht hier, ihr werdet enttäuscht sein! Zumindest im Sommer. Vermutlich ist es nur auf Winter ausgerichtet. Schade ums Geld. Ich würde nie mehr hier buchen!!!!
Hyvä sänky, siisti mukava huone. Kylpyhuonetila suuri ja miellyttävä. Aamiainen (toisessa hotellissa 1,4km päässä) oli hyvää perustasoa, ei valittamista, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ovet aukeaivat koodilla, jonka sai viestillä ennen saapumista. Vuokatinvaaran upeat maisemat lähellä ja toki muitakin luonto- ja urheilukohteita.
Henkilökuntaa ei ollut muualla kuin aamiaisella, eikä alakerran ravintola ollut auki. Sesongin ulkopuolella varmaan säästetty siinä. Näkymät hiekkaiselle parkkipaikalle ei niin nätit.

Hotelli on melko uusi.
Aamupala tarjoillaan 1.5 km matkan päässä toisessa hotellissa.Booking.com varauksen kautta asia ei käy ilmi, vasta myöhemmin saimme tietää.
Henkilökuntaa ei ole klo 18 jälkeen eikä palveluita. Ei edes automaattia mistä ostaisi jotakin.
Minibaari tyhjä huoneessa.
Spa osaston aika (50 min) liian lyhyt, hinta siihen nähden kallis. Jäi puuttumaan zen musiikki.
Boutigue tason hotelli, saippua automaatti tyhjä spa osastolla, marketti saippuaa muovipullossa, tottunut hieman parempaan.
Ihanan ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ihanat puitteet.

Kovat sängyt, tuntui kuin nukkuisi heinäpaalien päällä.
