Really nice hotel in great area
Cons:

The pillows are slightly hard, however didn't mention this to the staff so can't complain!

Clean, quiet, kind staff and perfect location!
Pros:

Wonderful location to see temples and to get to trains.
Good facilities and staff were kind and helpful. Very clean! Thank you!

Pros:

The property was situated in a very good location. However, possibly I dead not read the listing correctly. I had a few issues with my booking and the manager dealt with it extremely well, extremely professional, he was very good.

Fit for our purpose
Pros:

Location was great. Lots of market streets. Room simple but functional. We had a bonus of a terrace. But there was no seating.

Cons:

Breakfast could be ordered extra but we did not like the menu. The only seating area was also a cafe, There were signs saying you were not welcome to eat your own food. I chose it because the web site showed seating area.BUT this was a roof terrace and our room rate did not include this! Like all accommodation in Japan the electronics flash at you all nite

Great location, spacious suite
Pros:

We stayed in a top-floor suite, which was extremely spacious for Japan standards. The bathroom was large and stunning, and the veranda was a lovely feature. The staff was very helpful with any questions I had, and the hotel was centrally located.

Cons:

The hotel itself seems a little outdated for the price, but the suite was great.

Absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Lage perfekt für Asakusa und kurzer Weg zur Asakusa Station. Hotel sehr stylisch mit toller Atmosphäre aus Lockerheit und persönlichem modernen Ambiete. Personal sehr nett und Frühstück trotz kleiner Auswahl sehr gut. In meinem Fall sehr großes Zimmer mit Terasse. Für Tokyo Verhältnisse sogar zu groß für zwei Personen.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer hatte einen kleinen technischen Mangel, was für mich persönlich aber kein Problem war und wenn das Personal ihn hätten auf die Schnelle beseitigen können, hätten sie es mit Sicherheit auch getan.

Top accomodation!
Pros:

THe room had a great vibe! Small but very comfortable and clean. Aircon was great and the staff was very helpfull, even got a ealier check in! Location is great!
