Great location, but disappointing cleanliness, mould on the walls, dirty bedsheets, poor amenities and unfriendly staff
Pros:

The location was the main positive point, as it was convenient for exploring Myeongdong and getting around Seoul.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The room was not very clean, the bedsheets did not seem clean, and there were visible mould stains on the walls. There was also very little storage space for personal belongings. Only small towels were provided, with no large bath towels available.

In terms of staff, the person who welcomed us at check-in was friendly, but the rest of our interactions with the staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly.

Overall, the cleanliness and basic amenities were below expectations, and I would not recommend this property.

Ubicación excelente y prestaciones correctas si no pasas mucho tiempo en el hotel

Cons:

El espacio era escaso en la habitación, nos faltó un poco de comodidades, tipo más enchufes (sólo había tees al lado de la cama), un poco de superficie para dejar cosas…

posizione ottima tra Myeongdong e Hoehyeon, a 20min a piedi da Seoul Station! personale cordiale e disponibile. alla reception acqua, teli doccia, spazzolino dentifricio, caffe, te, acqua calda. bollitore in camera. letto comodo.

Cons:

le stanze piccole. non cé spazio per la valigia. ci sono solo 2 appendiabiti. non c’é insonorizzazione. troppe zanzare ad ottobre.

Location is good. Room is not.
Pros:

The location was fine, the staff on the desk were extremely helpful and nice. Always smiling. You had amenities like toothbrushes, towels, etc.

Cons:

The room itself was really smelly, I think it’s from the drains. We had to go to the shop and buy some air fresheners for around the room and the bathroom.

Want to forget this experience

Cons:

First of all it’s difficult to call it a hotel, it’s more of a motel, but my room was more like a prison cell. “The lobby” was cluttered with different stuff, looked dirty and disgusting, had to leave before i even checked in, but they refused to make a refund, feel like it’s not very honest. Wish i never found this facility at all.
Also, the street to this hotel is dirty and stinky, the motor shop is close and the pavement is dirty with oil.

Pros:

Staff molto cordiale e disponibile.
Posizione molto comoda e vicino ai luoghi di interesse. Facile raggiungere la stazione dei treni a piedi.

Cons:

Stanza un po' piccola e bagno senza presenza di box doccia e con asciugamani molto piccoli ( ma abbiamo letto che la maggior parte delle strutture sono così)
