Relaxing stay you don’t want to pass up
Pros:

Great location. The rooms were amazing! Beds are very comfortable, air conditioning is cold, great water pressure. Beautiful property at the bottom of a mountain.

Cons:

We wish the hot tubs were open past 8pm

A Real Gen in Pagosa Springs
Pros:

Very modern room with nice touches. It’s obvious the owners take pride in their product. AC worked great. Plenty of electrical outlets. Spacious bath counter. Complimentary hot breakfast with nice options including fresh fruit. Not just a buffet of packaged carbs. Really nice property in the trees with parking in front of rooms.

Cons:

No tissues found in room. Something I recommend in every review is provide two racks for luggage, instead of one. They take up little space and for couples, it’s a nice touch.

Pros:

Wunderschöne Einrichtung, wertige Möbel, Decken und Habdtücher, eine kostenfreie Wasch- und Trocknermöglichkeit (große Klasse, DANKE!), leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

ein Bett hat gewackelt (sollte festgeschraubt werden), Krümel vom Vorgänger auf dem Boden im Wohnzimmer (sonst sehr sauber)
Tipp: Besen im Zimmer, so kann man selbst schnell fegen.

A great room for an incredible value, and I look forward to coming back!
Pros:

The amount of cleaning the staff did before we got in was amazing! They even turned on the AC to cool the rooms down. I loved being just out of town: so much quiet and calm. We were sad we only had one night there!

Will not stay in cabin, maybe rooms - still high

Cons:

We picked one of the cabins to be away from the highway, but the bathroom was very small, little counter space. Nice stock kitchenette and a pendant lamp but no small table or chair to eat off of

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and the providers were very welcoming. The cabin and surrounding areas were very clean. Response times were very time efficient. The area was very aesthetic! Very nice views inside and out.

Cons:

A bigger parking area for cabins #20-#22 would be a plus. Slightly more lighting in the outside areas would also be more ideal.
