Fantastic stay
Pros:

Pros:

Convenient location for our stay with plenty of parking.

Cons:

We stayed during a hot spell. The room was uncomfortably hot day and night. No a/c and window didn’t open more than a few inches. No complimentary water in the room.

Excellent Hotel in area
Pros:

This is the second time I have stayed at the Palace hotel and I have found the hotel to be excellent on both occasions. I like the ease of being able to find the location and the onsite parking. It is a great location when visiting the area and if you like beaches it is just across the road. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always make you feel welcome. Plus as a bonus it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Very dated/tired. Tiles broken in bathroom and toilet roll holder loose. Rip in duvet cover

Pros:

Constantly being told that you had run out of certain meals which were on the menu. I believe that this is unsatisfactory for a hotel of this size and is the reason that we will not be returning in the near future.

Dårlige hotelfasiliteter, Elendig frokost. Alt kjøtt som ble servert til middag var kokt sønder og sammen. Rommene var dårlig utstyrt og badene utrolig umoderne og upraktiske

Pros:

Reading some mixed reviews we weren't sure what to expect. The first thing we noticed was how clean everywhere was and how friendly and helpful the staff were. We only stayed for 2 nights but the menus changed daily with tasty vegetarian options. I booked it as part of an 80th birthday present for my husband and chose half board. Unlike many hotels we have stayed in this entitled us to the full 3 course menu enjoyed by everyone and not a separate set menu, which impressed us. The breakfast was also varied and delicious. Our room was large with lovely views over the garden and out to sea. Lunch or drinks in the garden was very peaceful and the side salad was one of the best I have eaten with a variety of fruit, nuts and leaves with a honey dressing. It was delicious! We throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning,
hopefully before too long.

Good Hotel with good facilities and nice indoor swimming pool
Pros:

I was pleased with my stay it is great to be able to relax and swim in the pool. Breakfast was good. Sea view rooms available and was able to see some of the sunrise from room. Ample car parking and I noticed that there were good disabled facilities which as I'm getting older helped with moving cases and there is a lift to all floors. The staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

Besides the fact it is very old, some towels and bed sheets were stained. Shower hose was filthy, needed a deep rub&scrub.
