Nettes traditionell japanisches Hotel mit viel Charme
Pros:

Das Hotel ist nur wenige Geh-Minuten von Bahnhaltestellen entfernt.
Es ist ziemlich ruhig.
In direkter Umgebung befinden sich eine kleine Einkaufsstraße mit Shops, Cafés und Restaurants, die allerdings eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten haben. Sobald die Touristen weg sind schließen viele Läden. Mehrere Conbinis sind in näherer Umgebung, das Angebot ist aber nicht so groß wie in den Großstädten.
Das Hotel ist traditionell eingerichtet. Ein und Auschecken läuft analog über Personal an der Rezeption.
Das Hotel stellt vom Schlafanzug über Pantoffeln, Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta, Bürste etc. alles zur Verfügung. Im Badezimmer befindet sich Duschseife, Shampoo und Conditioner, alles wohlriechend.
Die Einrichtung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch gepflegt.
Für japanische Verhältnisse war das Zimmer ausreichend groß.
Morgens konnte man sich ein Frühstück abholen, was uns gut gefallen hat. Frisch gebackene Croissants und andere Teilchen, ein Ei und eine Suppe wurden gereicht.
Alles in allem eine schöne Erfahrung.
Highlight, man konnte den Fuji vom Zimmer aus sehen.

Cons:

Die Sitzpolster im Eingangsbereich waren sehr zerschlissen und defekt. Da mochte man nicht sitzen.
Allerdings gab es nur dort WLAN (gestört hat es uns nicht wirklich)

Peaceful stay by the beach.
Pros:

The hotel is an easy 3 train ride from Haneda taking about 90 minutes. The room was excellent and clean and was kinda Japanese style. There's a Family Mart and a Lawsons within 2 minutes walk and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The causeway to Enoshima Island is minutes away on foot, its a great place to wind down for a day or two. The sunset from the beach was spectacular and there was a half decent view of Fuji when we left, strangely we could see it between the buildings adjacent to us.

Pros:

Dicht bij winkels en station.

Cons:

Wij hadden een vermoeden dat er gerookt werd in de kamer wat natuurlijk niet echt leuk is. Het stoffen kapje van het nachtlampje naast het bed zat vol met vlekken. Niet kunnen achterhalen wat deze vlekken zouden kunnen zijn maar echt hygiënisch is het niet.

Run down, out dated, unkempt
Pros:

Staff was helpful and nice

Cons:

Stains everywhere. Lamp shade, floors, walls. The common space furniture was unclean and worn out. WiFi doesn’t reach the rooms. Moldy smell is our room. Wall paper was coming off the walls. Was not very comfortable. Walls were thin and could hear every commotion happening in the building.

そうは言ってもロケーションが良いので助かりました。
Pros:

とにかく江ノ島に近い！

Cons:

電気が暗い。夜、空調のスイッチが見えないレベル。部屋の調光ができたらとてもありがたいです。Wi-Fiがないのも今時珍しい。一階ロビーのソファーがボロボロなのも驚きました。
