The hotel has an exceptionally nice beach, and the staff is super attentive and very, very friendly. Breakfast is nice and the rooms are spacious.
The hotel was on the renovation, and the gym was closed, which the Property did not tell us
The staff were quite fast to deal with two problems in my room - a broken door/ key card lock that was impossible to fix, and a broken shower. They moved me to a much nicer room within an hour. The service down at the beach was pretty professional. The music at the full moon festival was great.
Prices for basic foods like burger / (small portion) of soup were far too high. The cost of drinks was also very high.
When we arrived, we waited a long time for our room to be ready, even though we came at the correct hour.
The pool was not inspiring and they need better security at the beach. Who wants to be hassled / stared at from 2ms away by people hawking or just simply staring, while sunbathing.

Room, Beach and Staff were super, The staff, and in particular - Mariam, Hussein, Tungi and Magreth turned our stay into a super experience that we will always cherish. The Beach is the best I have seen, so white and clean.

The beach was ok, but the sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach were quite worn out. The staff is very friendly, but the cleanliness of the lunch restaurant is questionable.
When we arrived, most of the hotel was a construction site, under renovation, which is of course not ideal for views on vacation. There is no gym, etc. You can't trust the description on Booking. The hotel needs a lot of updating as it is worn out
J’ai apprécié la taille et la propreté de la chambre ainsi que la terrasse. Le personnel est globalement gentil et accueillant. Le restaurant propose un menu varié avec des plats de bonne qualité, ce qui est agréable pour un court séjour
La région est l’une des plus belles de Zanzibar avec un magnifique coucher de soleil, mais la plage de l’hôtel est très fréquentée (vendeurs, activités nautiques), ce qui limite le calme et l’espace pour se baigner. La chambre attribuée était très éloignée de la plage, ce qui rend les déplacements peu pratiques. Enfin, le restaurant et bars ferment tôt à 21h30, ce qui est contraignant pour profiter pleinement de la soirée.
