Good Hotel for few days

Seaside - high view - room small but cozy -

Cons:

Arrived late - departed early; only one breakfast opportunity over 3 days - very windy between the two buildings - front desk not explaining well all the hotel activities and opportunities - terrible parking organisation compensated by vehicle to drop and pick up

Bare tragisk, jeg har reist mye i hele verden ,men aldri opplevd maken !

Frokosten var helt grei for meg , sitte komforten var kanskje litt vanskelig enkelte plasser for meg som er høy , men greide stor sett å finne passende bord eller bar område.

Cons:

Det at jeg plutselig ble booket om og bedt om å forlate hotellet med et døgns varsel er noe jeg aldri har opplevd. Alternativet var at jeg skulle forlate hotellet kl 0800 om morgenen for så å kunne komme tilbake til rommet kl 1700 uten noe form for refusjon eller tilbud om annet rom. Det ble sagt at det skulle jobbes på rommet og at strømmen ble tatt i hele Jomtien. Bare tull, det var strøm i Jomtien hele dagen. Klaget til Booking.com i Norge ,mens jeg var på hotellet. Det var en Mikael som skulle ordne opp , men han gjorde en avtale med hotellet og vi ble kastet ut. Utrolig !

Presque tous les employés sont gentils, attentionnés et offrent un bon service, ce qui est tout à fait en accord avec les prix pratiqués.

Cons:

Lors de ce séjour, un seul membre du personnel a eu une attitude inappropriée. Le 06/06/2026, vers 18h00–19h00, un employé dont je ne connais pas le nom est venu nous demander de nettoyer le sable avant d’entrer dans l’hôtel. Cependant, le ton employé ainsi que son expression faciale n’étaient pas appropriés

Zand appears to have 3 towers. Only tower 3 would have possibly good views of Ocean and pool if you are in a room facing the sea. Photos and some descriptions on booking.com are misleading. Apparently some renovations are being done. Rooms looked tired and need repair
