早餐有分日式和歐式，這次想用日式早餐，非常優秀，納豆是黑納豆，很好吃，很香，不敢嘗試納豆的人可以吃吃看，是北海道特有的喔！
溫泉設施超讚！有spa池，有烤箱，有冷泉，泡澡之中還有電視可以看，超棒！泡溫泉的地方還可以量體重。
接待大廳超香的有種高級感，有小商店營業到很晚，可以買一些飲料，櫃檯都有人會說中文。
房內有洗衣機，但沒有洗衣劑，要自己另外買或是去一樓烘衣機那裡買，但我們去的時候販賣機壞掉所以買不了。
房內洗衣機沒有烘乾服務，要自己拿到一樓烘乾，我們轟了兩次總共60分鐘，可是烘完沒有一件衣服是乾的，還是要在房間內另外曬（房內有提供曬衣架）

We booked online for Hotel Global View Hakodate because the promotion seemed nice. The booking did not make it easy to understand that we were getting a smoking room. It was a nice promotion but later i understood it is probably a strategy to sell their old smoking room. We only realised clearly after paying, as suddenly the full title of the room was clear.
My wife had cancer treatment this year. Smells still make her sick. I told the front desk at check-in and asked to change rooms.
They gave me a price. 38,000 yen. Then 20,000 yen, for an upgrade, as no other equivalent was available to swap. I don't care about the upgrade, i just wanted my wife to feel okay as we already paid the two days and she probably couldn't endure it.
We couldn't pay that for a problem we didn't cause. So we tried the room.
My wife lasted thirty minutes. The room is small. Carpet everywhere. Fabric on the walls. The smoke is not a light smell, it is the air itself. Daily smoke create harmful chemicals in the air when mixing with tapestry and all. It is not safe to breath. No window opens. The air conditioning makes no real airflow. You cannot air out the room at all. And on top of that, the wifi could not even play a video, in a 4 star.
This is not a 4-star room. It is a 1-star room being sold at a 4-star price, and the smoking part is not made easy to understand until your money is gone.
We went back down and said we would pay the 20,000, that was supposed to include tax. Then a second staff member told me the 20,000 did not include tax. His colleague had told me the opposite one hour earlier, from the desk right next to his. I had already paid 2,300 yen for tax and parking. When I said this, he acted like I made it up. I asked him to check with her. I asked him to check with management. Nothing changed.
So i had to accept. In the end, we got played, didn't even get helped despite the health situation of my wide, and they made me feel like a liar about the tax thing, because their colleague wasn't there anymore and they couldn't verify it.
I never asked for a free room, not even a free upgrade. I asked to have any acceptable situation where my wife shouldn't have to breath the heavy and irritating air, and also not to pay the same tax twice. I asked for a little flexibility, because of how we ended up in that room and because of my wife.
Two staff members heard why, i think they reported it to direction, i am not sure. No one did anything.
