Poor wifi . Average hotel
Pros:

Good location
Very good reception staff , Lim who addressed my issues properly. The wifi was not working so he came to the room with a ladder and and reset it (did something in the ceiling in the bathroom) and it got resolved

However the next 3 days I stayed in a much nicer bigger room and there was no wifi at all . The front desk staff couldn’t be bothered to do anything just saying the signal is weak and all guests complain …. Ridiculous

Pros:

朝食ブッフェが洋食と和食に分かれていた。連泊であれば、飽きずに良いと思った。今回洋食を選んだが、大変満足。連泊でも洋食を選ぶかも。朝食中に地震発生、館内放送でも、スタッフの方も落ち着いて対応していた。

Pros:

The check in experience was fine. We got a room on high floor with a view of the mountain and city. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was super ultra diverse, never seen something like this, maybe except a 5 star London hotel. Too crowded though, small area. The room WiFi is awful.

Pros:

パコの頃に数回利用しているが、今回名前が変わって、中もリニューアルされていてより快適さがあったと思う。

朝食が洋食と和食で会場が分かれてる、と。
和食にしたが、少量のパンコーナーはあり、子どもがいつも手軽に食べられるよう、朝はパン食のことが多いため助かった。

Cons:

ネットから予約したので部屋がどういうものか想像できなかった。
大まかツインの部屋とかは記載あるけど…
実際チェックインすると5人での予約だった為2部屋で取ることになってたのは分かってたけど、お互いの部屋が遠すぎた。
これなら子どもの年齢を伝え、大きめな1部屋で5人泊まれた。

朝食、バイキング方式で食べ物はそりゃわかる場所にあったが、子ども用の食器がどこにあるかわかりづらかった。
