Tout fut parfait. Le spa et meme les vetements du spa. L espace tres bien organise de la chambre. Et que dire du petit dej. Je n ai jamais manger un petitdej aussi delicieau, aussi imaginatif et varie.La qualite de la literie est parfaite

Pros:

The western breakfast which we had as we are vegetarians was good. We had an few options.

Cons:

The room was dated and very shabby. We called the front desk person to show him our room and he acknowledged it but did not offer to change our room. Maybe all the rooms were like this. The towels were worn out and old. The kitchenette was not well equipped. For example we had no dish washing soap, which is a basic necessity if you have a kitchen. We were in Japan for 30 days and this was the only hotel we had a bad experience in. It is rated as a 4 star hotel but I would not give it even 2 stars.
