Great stay, great breakfast great value
Pros:

Great value for money. The japanese breakfast was amazing and a must-try. Onsen facilities were good and clean.

Cons:

The wifi was a bit weak in our room. We were at the 8th floor at the corner of the building though.

A lovely, affordable hotel to stay in Hakodate
Pros:

We booked the junior suite with a balcony. It was very spacious and furnished for a comfortable stay, with fridge, kitchen and tableware. The unit has two single beds but also extra futons, linens and pillows if you have a family with you. We had a choice of breakfast at the western and Japanese restaurant but the food at the western restaurant had a good spread, with lots of seafood choices, that we opted to have another breakfast there on our second ( and last ) day. The staff was very pleasant and check-in was very efficient.

路面電車のストップも近く、立地もよかったです。
部屋から海が見えて、部屋も広くくつろげました。
朝ごはんも1日だけつけましたがとても美味しかったです。

Very small room which could be improved with some shelves or wall hooks and bathroom maintenance

Cons:

Room we had in the main building was small and had no space for bags and virtually no storage or hanging space for towels apart from 2 hangers in the whole room. Bathroom needs updating. Photos did not reflect the condition of the room.

Great European and Japanese breakfast on your choice. Professiona and kindl staff. The room is spacious and we had everything we need. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay!

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, clean, and very well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Fully equipped onsen and tasty morning buffet with lots of varieties! Good value overall!
Pros:

Buffet with lots of high quality seafood and a full onsen with sauna and cold and hot pools that operates almost 24h. These were fantastic!

Cons:

We've got a suite and the futons in the room had dried blood in them. We asked to switch back to 2 rooms and not sleep on the floor with the futons any more and they couldn't accommodate that. They gave us another suite and that suite had a really bad smell upon entering. This was at around midnight and they gave us another suite that is larger and more spacious and a good view even though still a uncleaned here and there. But it works. Just wished they have done that in the first place.

Ottima posizione, staff cordiale e gentile: sono stato di grande aiuto nel farmi arrivare una valigia smarrita, chiamando personalmente l’aeroporto e ricevendo una spedizione.

Cons:

Wifi da potenziare.
