Staff were great, place was clean but the hotel was very basic -
Pros:

Quiet area, very helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible- so disappointed- we fell for the Michelin Star appeal and after the first day, we went out for breakfast every day despite having breakfast included.

Pros:

The place is great, quite close to city center, though is located in quiet district.
The room is big and clean.
Karen and the hotel manager were great and very nice.

Cons:

The night manager was total disaster. He didn't speak English well enough, was rude and unable to explain the final receipt.
The water isn't served every night as it must be at 5* hotel, so when you ask one, be careful, it costs 4 euro, BUT the night manager doesn't say a word about it.

Hotel con mucho encanto
Pros:

La ubicación no puede ser mejor. Zona residencial muy tranquila, segura y bella. Amabilidad, predisposición y atención del personal en todo momento. La comida es EXCEPCIONAL. Calidad y frescura de todo el producto tanto en el desayuno como room service. Personalización en algunos detalles que no dejan que te olvides que estás en un 5 estrellas.

Pros:

Renzo and his team gave me such a warm welcome, and my room was even upgraded to a suite! Even though I left early, they provided a delicious breakfast box. I'd call this a hidden luxurious gem in Rome. Highly recommend!
