Esta bien situado, pegado a un centro comercial donde puedes cenar o comer si vas de paso como nosotros.
El hotel tiene buena apariencia, habitación amplia.
La habitación nos decepcionó mucho. Solo tenía de buena la amplitud. Por lo demás era vieja y no tenía agua caliente, lo cual es imperdonable para este hotel.
Habitación con estupendas vistas a los aires acondicionados del centro comercial, por lo que entraba ruido.
No regresaría si volviese a Cebú.
The location of the hotel was connected to the mall so it was very convenient.The staff were very friendly and professional.
The rooms are a bit tired and require a little touch up. The breakfast was ok but not much to my taste.

The food was not good, we had 7 breakfasts and had 1 good experience and 6 bad ones. From serving a Thai massaman curry with the driest crunchiest disgusting naan bread I have seen or tasted. At breakfast on the first day I said to a staff member if they had bacon and he said yes but it’s made to order and brought to your table. I had my suspicions as to why it was like that instead of in a bayne maree ot was confirmed as people would eat more so costing the hotel more. Confirmed by the general manager. I ordered on 1 day 2 poached eggs and that was a very difficult experience and couldn’t have gone through it again. The other 6 days I ordered 2 fried eggs over easy and they were not ever cooked as I ordered but I put up with it until day 6. I ordered 2 fried eggs over easy to be served together with crispy bacon. I waited for a while and they gave me the bacon and I asked where were my eggs. They’ll be 6 minutes which I thought was strange. As I stood there waiting I was looking into the open kitchen and I saw a chef stirring some food in a saucepan then he took a taste of the food from the spoon he was stirring with and then he used the same spoon to stir the food again. I couldn’t believe it and then my fried eggs over easy were given to me. They were actually hard boiled eggs hence the 6 minutes. I said i ordered 2 fried eggs over easy with the same guy every day. Apologies and then the supervisor brings the eggs out and they were cooked hard. I’d really had enough so I went into the admin office and found the general manager. She was apologetic and blah blah blah. She agreed that chef shouldn’t have used the spoon after tasting and was embarrassed about the eggs and said that she would have the supervisor speak with and retrain the staff. I asked who the supervisor was and I said he was the person who delivered the eggs to me saying that they were over easy. On the last day you would have thought that they would have picked up their game but no 2 eggs cooked
Booking, check in and check out was easy! Staff was courteous and professional. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The bonus was being connected to the mall that contained a Starbucks, a market, and currency exchange!
We got the twin beds for our room which was on the 11th floor. The hallway carpet was dated and could use an upgrade. Our bathroom shower drained very slowly, and the water went into the main bathroom floor. The molding on the shower door needed replacement as you could visibly see stains. Both the shower door and the tile in the shower could've used more cleaning and sanitizing. I wasn't sure how clean the tile floor was so I always showered with slippers.

Absolutely loved our stay here. It's conveniently located within the city and connected to it's own mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely come back when we're in Cebu.

Location to the Port and Airport.
The hotel was probably fine when it was newly built but appears poorly maintained. A long list of issues I could list but the main concern was a dangerously slippy bathroom floor - the staff are well aware of this problem. My wife slipped and hit her head against the bathroom wall. The area around the hotel is fine during the day but we were warned by two taxi's drivers not to walk at night due to a few squatter camps on land nearby, it felt safe and no issues during the day.
The room is clean, pleasant staff, easy access to the Mall and the location is perfect.
