HOTEL "4Sterne" lt. Homepage - bezahlt / APPARTEMENT ohne Service und Personal - bekommen !!!

Die Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

In der Homepage des Hotels, das mit 4 Sternen geführt wird, wird bei den Zimmerpreisen angeboten das im Hotel ein Frühstück gebucht werden kann.
Im Hotel angekommen sahen wir, das die Rezeption leer geräumt war.
Über einen Schlüsselsafe konnten wir mit einen Code unseren Zimmerschlüssel heraus nehmen.
Auf der Rezeptionstheke stand ein A4 Aufsteller mit der Info das dieses Hotel 2026 von einer Gesellschaft "SLOWTRAVELLING" übernommen worden ist.
Weiters konnte man lesen das es kein Personal im Hotel gibt und der Betrieb auch kein Frühstück mehr anbietet.
Es gab auch keine Möglichkeit Getränke zu erwerben - nicht mal zumindest einen Automaten.
Es wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass man bei einer Telefonnummer welche angeführt war anrufen kann wenn es Probleme gibt.
Ich versuchte jemanden über diese Nummer zu erreichen und kam auf eine Mobilbox.
Ich sprach auf die Mobilbox das ich einen Rückruf wünsche bezüglich der Situation mit dem Frühstück.
Ich wurde nicht zurückgerufen !!!
Wir waren 3 Tage im Hotel (23.05. - 25.05. 2026)
Unsere Zimmern wurden nicht gereinigt während unseres Aufenthaltes. Auch die Betten wurden nicht gemacht.
"Es war keine Putzfrau während unseres Aufenthaltes in unseren Zimmern !!!"
Mit einem Satz:
Wir haben in Keinster Weise das erhalten was wir gebucht haben.
4 Sterne Hotel vorgegaukelt - Appartement ohne Service erhalten !!!

Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und es wurden keine Handtücher getauscht
Für unser Kind war kein Bett gerichtet trotz der Buchung von 3 Personen

Cons:

Die Gemeinde Velden glaubt ehrlich den Ort mit lauter Bassmusik bis 2h früh beschallen zu müssen. Völlig am Thema vorbei. Außerdem gehört der sinnlose Verkehr aus dem Zentrum. Das Gesamtkonzept Velden war für uns ein Fail sry. Hier ist man in den 90ern hängengeblieben.
