Brilliant!
Pros:

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They helped us with travel arrangements, local knowledge & with suitcase storage so we could make the most of the last day before the flight home. Rooms were spotlessly clean & had tea/coffee facilities. Outdoor pool area was lovely, lifeguard there was very helpful. Hotel is across the road from the beach area. Would definitely stay again.

Buen hotel pero mala relación calidad precio
Pros:

Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía escritorio.

La experiencia quizás algo decepcionante teniendo en cuenta el coste del hotel que no se correspondía con el trato del personal, completamente impersonal y con pocas ganas de ayudar.

Locația este foarte curată, modern mobilată, dușul cu perete din sticlă spre camera, salteaua super confortabilă, de la aeroport am avut o stație cu Autobuzul A1, care oprește exact în fața hotelului, zona Spa beneficiază de jacuzzi generos

Cons:

I am writing this to warn other travelers about a serious double-charging issue and a lack of accountability from this hotel.

I fully paid for my room through Booking.com at the time of booking. However, when completing the hotel's mandatory online self-check-in, I was charged the full amount a second time.

It has now been 10 days since the double charge occurred. When I contacted the hotel, they initially promised to refund my credit card. Ten days later, with no money returned, I followed up to ask for an update. Instead of providing a transaction receipt or any proof that they had actually initiated the refund, they simply told me to "contact my bank."

The hotel has provided zero evidence that they have even attempted to reverse the charge, and I am still short my money.

If you book here through Booking.com, be extremely careful during the online self-check-in process, as you risk being charged twice and left to fight for your money back.

Chambre très confortable à côté du centre de conférences.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport au centre de conférences, et aussi près de la plage de Palma et du petit port de Portixol. La rue est très circulée, mais les vitres sont bien isolées. Chambres spacieuses, très confortables et bien équipées. Excellent buffet de petit-déjeuner, varié et de bonne qualité.

Cons:

Assez loin du centre de Palma, au bord d'une route circulée. L'accueil est professionnel mais pas très chaleureux.

Convenient, comfortable, safe, and welcoming.
Pros:

Convenient location (especially if attending a conference or an event at the Convention center), short walk to everything, clean rooms, great staff, attention to details.

Cons:

My biggest complaint is that there is no bathroom door. Whoever thought this was a good idea?? The windows in our room need a cleaning, too. The hotel is somewhat minimalistic - no frills but nothing is lacking either.

Pros:

The rooms are modern and clean. The gym is quite and well equipped.

Cons:

Don’t go here for the pool. It’s at the 7th floor and even with modest wind, the pool area is incredibly windy.
