Erst nach einer Beschwerde ein ordentliches Zimmer bekommen!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, direkt am Strand und mit Blick auf den Hafen. Ein sehr tolles Frühstücksbuffet! Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Ich habe für ein Einzelzimmer über 250 € bezahlt. Bekommen habe ich ein Behinderten-Zimmer. Ich weiß nicht warum. Ich bin keine beeinträchtigte Person. Beim Gepäck hat mir niemand geholfen. Ich musste dann wieder zurück zur Rezeption und erst mal Theater machen, damit ich ein reguläres normales Zimmer bekomme. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, dass in einem 4 Sterne Hotel als erstes versucht wird, einem ein Behinderten Zimmer anzudrehen. Erst muss man Diskussionen führen und dann habe ich ein schönes Zimmer bekommen. Warum?

Perfektes Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub in Palma.
Pros:

Sie war super Zentral, in 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Strand und 20 Minuten voll im Zentrum von Palma.
Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt.

Great breakfast and location
Pros:

Good location, close to the beach and a fairly short walk from the cathedral. Incredible breakfast. Great that you get beach towels and don’t have to bring your own. We did room service a couple of times and it was fast and convenient and the food was good. The cleaning staff are doing a great job and all the cleaning ladies were lovely to chat with.

Cons:

Very noisy building; you quickly understand why most hotels have rugs in the corridors. You hear everyone walking in the corridors, closing doors, talking. It’s like the sound bounces. The big road in front of the hotel is also very loud, the first night I couldn’t sleep due to the sound of traffic. This is not a hotel for light sleepers, as either the traffic or hotel noise might keep you up.

Very little privacy in the bathroom since there’s no door to the bathroom. The door to the toilet was broken and annoying to close.

Great location and facilities. We can't wait to visit again.
Pros:

Room size was really good, comfy beds, big bathroom with plenty of light coming through the big bedroom windows, the big full height mirror was handy for my partner too! Location for us was perfect, around a 20-25minute walk right into the center, which for us was perfect.
