Pros:

After having a stressful commute due to a tractor and trailer hitting us on our way to the beach I was extremely thankful that we were able to check into our room early and enjoy our stay at the beach. Thank you again!

Cons:

Mattresses weren't the best and our door needed some work due to scrapping when going in and out of the room (not a big deal to us but maybe for the neighbors.

Excellent location, average experience. Pricey for what you get.

The property was in a great location right off the boardwalk. It had quick easy access to the beach.

Cons:

The person whom checked me in didn’t try to accommodate a roll-out bed or a pullout couch or anything. We were traveling with 4 guests, 3 females, 1 male. (All friends) and we wanted to have a backup sleep option for someone so the male didn’t have to sleep with one of the females. The room was very basic barebones, nothing extravagant. The water pressure in the shower was poor and we were not able to get all of the sand out of our hair, our body crevices or the tub itself. It was very sandy everywhere.
The elevator took literally forever each time we had to use it. It was quicker to use the stairs. However I had been carrying a rolling cooler plus all of our luggage and it wasn’t feasible to use the stairs for that. I had to wait probably 10 minutes for the elevator to come up and several times it was full so I still couldn’t get on.

This year I was not happy with any of my stay unfortunately.

Cons:

I have stayed in this hotel for years and years. This year our AC was out in our ocean front room and we had to be moved to a side view room with no refund because we “booked through a third party site.” They said they were unable to refund us the difference. Our original room was dirty. Long black hairs everywhere including the shower and the beds. Our second room was slightly cleaner. The front desk never communicated that our room had to be moved so the following day, housekeeping barged into our room without knocking and immediately told us we shouldn’t be in the room. We had to explain the situation but it was very frustrating. Our keys stopped working every day and we had to go get a new set, but we were locked out of our room multiple times after long days at the beach. I was given attitude by the front desk staff every time I had to go down and talk to them. We have always stayed here for years without a problem but never again. I believe I deserve a refund as I wasn’t even given the room that I paid for.

It’s not really a vacation when it’s uncomfortable and a little disturbing by the dirty room.
Pros:

Boardwalk and ocean view.The lobby is decorated nice and the shade of paint in the room was nice.

Cons:

Only one elevator.The swimming pool is kinda small.The mattress was terrible! Extremely uncomfortable! The pillows the same.Need new ones immediately! The room could have been cleaner.A thorough cleaning needs to be done.The toilet was so low it was like sitting on the floor,need a new one as well.The freezer made a loud banging noise the entire time.Carpet was extremely dirty!

Very pleasant and would recommend
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. Parking very close to the hotel. Clean property and rooms. Balcony was private and great oceanfront room. Indoor swimming pool.

Cons:

It wasn’t a big issue but we did have to find a housekeeper to get our coffee and some bathroom supplies restocked after the room was serviced. It was taken care of immediately so I don’t feel it was a big issue except it should have been done during servicing the room.

Worst stay ever
Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

My door didn’t even shut correctly. The people next to us partied all night long with music on full blast. All they did was smoke cigarettes and weed on the balcony. So couldn’t even enjoy the balcony. Pillows had hair all over them. Very disappointed and will never stay again.

Shower didn't work properly had to practically stand against the wall in order to shower no water pressure
The door to the room was hard to open and you had to slam it to get it shut they said maintenance was gonna fix it but didn't
