Pros:

Hotel in zentraler Lage 200m zu Fuß zum Thermalsee.Früh-und Abendessen sehr gut.Zum Frühstück allerdings jeden Tag das selbe.Personal sehr aufmerksam(vor allem im Service.

Cons:

Hotel langsam in die Jahre gekommen.Zimmer relativ eng.Wenig Ablagen im Zimmer und Bad.Kein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern.In unserem Zimmer ständiger Chlor Geruch(Zimmer oberhalb des Spabades).2 Fahrstühle, davon 1 defekt.Wahrscheinlich schon länger.Parkplatzsituation suboptimal.

Parksituation war einfach, Abendessen und Frühstücksbüffet waren abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Wir dachten, wir haben ein Zimmer mit Terrasse auf die Fußgängerzone gebucht( nach den Fotos), war aber leider auf den Parkplatz und die Klimaanlagen der umliegenden Hotels waren recht laut. Wenn wir das gewusst hätten hätten wir ein günstigeres Zimmer mit Balkon im 1. Stock gebucht
Essensbereich nicht einladend, fast ohne Tageslicht und schreckliche Beleuchtung

A vacsora ès a reggeli pazar volt, választékos és bősèges, egyértelműen kimondottan minőségi alapanyagokból.
A wellness részleg kifejezetten élvezhető, tiszta, megfelelően fűtött és hosszú nyitvatartású. A személyzet kedves volt és segítőkész. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. 10/10

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel situé au coeur d'une ville thermale. Nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre, la gentillesse du personnel, et la diversité des plats présentés au diner.

Velmi dobrá lokalita blízko jezera. Příjemný personál, skvělé jídlo. Jak snídaně, tak večeře. Pokoj čistý. Wellness jsme jen okoukli, nebyl čas, ale vše velmi útulné. Nemám co vytknout a to jsem hodně kritická 😜.

Cons:

Postel trochu vysoká. Nezvyk a na Maďarsko dost tvrdá. Ale to je spíš poznámka, než výtka. Jinak prostorná, dostatek polštářů.
