Beds were comfortable, location was excellent. We were unable to use the pool bar due to loud building work so we had to sit inside with no view but the lovely young man at the bar was very attentive and went out of his way to ensure I had a lovely cold glass of wine.
Communication was not consistent. We paid for triple share and breakfast was included but only one king bed so we had to pay for an extra bed to be added. We planned to enjoy our last sunset in Sulawesi at the pool bar but the building work around that area meant we were unable to sit and have a conversation. The work was also right below our room and went until 11.00pm. In addition, there was a group gathering (maybe a conference) and they had a function outside on the rooftop with loud music until 2.00am. We did not sleep well.

Hier und da schon ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen... Für ein oder zwei Nächte aber alles ok.
Für die Größe des Hotels ist der Pool und die Anzahl der Liegen viel zu klein / wenig.

Het was prima
大型モールに直接入ることができ、とても便利でした。窓から見える夕日も見事でした。角部屋だったので朝日も見ることが出来ました。初めてのマナドでしたが、1日観光にスタッフから良い運転手さんを紹介して頂き、楽しくマナドを過ごすことが出来ました。又来たいと思います。

Très décevant, surtout pour un hôtel de ce standing. La chambre est vieillissante, le drap était déchiré, une forte odeur de moisissure était présente et l’évacuation de la douche était bouchée.
Mais le pire reste l’isolation phonique catastrophique : j’ai entendu mes voisins parler toute la nuit, jusqu’à 4 h du matin. Impossible de dormir correctement.
L’hôtel nous a proposé une navette gratuite pour l’aéroport en guise de compensation, mais cela est clairement insuffisant au regard des problèmes rencontrés et de la nuit pratiquement blanche que nous avons passée. Un remboursement ou un dédommagement à la hauteur de la situation aurait été beaucoup plus approprié.
Très mauvaise expérience et rapport qualité-prix décevant. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
Chambre spacieuse et propre, lit confortable, bon emplacement proche d’un centre commercial
Travaux autour de la piscine, massage bien mais propreté de l'institut à revoir (couverture sur les tables de massage + oreillers qui sentaient très mauvais), évènement le soir autour de la piscine jusqu’à 21h (nous n'avons été prévenu qu’1h avant avec un papier glissé sous la porte)

Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral,gleichzeitig hat man von der Poolbar aus eine grandiose Aussicht über die Stadt und den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer. Die Zimmer sind groß,modern und sehr sauber. Wir hatten von dort aus ebenfalls eine tolle Aussicht auf die wunderschöne Küste.
Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort,wären aber auch länger geblieben,da es uns gut gefallen hat.
