Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral,gleichzeitig hat man von der Poolbar aus eine grandiose Aussicht über die Stadt und den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer. Die Zimmer sind groß,modern und sehr sauber. Wir hatten von dort aus ebenfalls eine tolle Aussicht auf die wunderschöne Küste.
Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort,wären aber auch länger geblieben,da es uns gut gefallen hat.

Heerlijk centraal
Pros:

Locatie verbonden met de erg mooie shoppingmall.
Alle normale merken aanwezig. (Geen Gucci en Chanel dus) Maar wel Nike Adidas, pima, HM, Uniqlo enz. Heerlijk ontbijt

Cons:

Hotel is netjes, maar iets achterstallig onderhoud. Waar je geen last van hebt. (Gevel enz)

Clean, friendly, lovely pool and bar area, perfect transit stop!
Pros:

Stopped here for the night on our arrival to and departure from Sulawesi and it was just great. A very professional set up with great facilities and a really nice atmosphere. The views from the rooms are really nice and the infinity pool and bar area overlooking the islands is great. The breakfast is one of those brilliant ‘world cuisine’ buffet style set ups which is great fun and super value for money.

Cons:

Only real issue is that I kept getting woken up in the night our during stay the night before our flight off Sulawesi. The hotel is connected to a large mall and car park with a couple late night bars in them. One of them was playing music quite late into the evening which I could hear the bass notes of in the room. Nothing some earplugs couldn’t solve but sort of annoying have to do that in an otherwise very high standard hotel.

Pros:

Thania was a super star. She helped us tremendously thru out our stay. What a service given by her!

The hotel is nicely situated and has a good price quality ratio.

Cons:

I think the pool itself needs some proper cleaning. The facilities are great, nice seating especially as of 1630 when the temperature is getting better. The sunset is wonderful here!
