Super Lage, freundliches Personal u. kulinarisch erste Wahl.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles reichhaltiges Frühstück. Abends erstklassiges Restaurant. Wir waren sehr zufrieden u. werden das nächste mal wieder dort buchen.

Cons:

Einzig das die Betten nicht täglich gemacht werden.

Die direkte Nähe zum Hafen.

Cons:

Trotz Buchung eines Comfort Doppelzimmers, mussten wir die sehr schmale Treppe bis in den zweiten Stock laufen,...mit Koffer etc
Einen Aufzug gab jedoch auch für Comfort Doppelzimmer, und das zum gleichen Preis.
Das war sehr willkürlich, seitens der Dame an der Rezeption.
...zumal die Zimmer nicht nur einen besseren Ausblick haben, sie sind von der Ausstattung wesentlich besser.

Das Zimmer war gut, das Service Personal am Empfang freundlich. Die Lage des Hotesl zum Anleger super. Helgoland ist schön übersichtlich

Cons:

Teilweise konnte das Servicepersonal kein Deutsch, was etwas für den Gast schwierig ist. Aber sonnst immer freundlich und nett

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, und auf der richtigen Gebäudeseite hat man auch einen schönen Blick. Sehr gutes Essen (Knieper!), nette Leute und durchdachter Service.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war mit gut 10m2 schon sehr klein, und in einem Doppelbett von (oben) 1,40 Breite mögen sich große Erwachsene auch nicht mehr wohlfühlen. Also die Zimmerbeschreibungen vor dem Buchen genau lesen!
