Location is what works.
Pros:

The location is the best for Oracle park

Cons:

Over priced for what you get. Small room, gross stained carpet all for the low price of $500 a night +$95 daily for parking. Only in the city can you get away with this.

I wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

I would not recommend staying here. Go to the Hyatt or Luma. No onsite services available, the rooftop bar is okay, but very small and not worth it. They say they offer coffee in room, but no water, unless you bring your own, and ins coffee cup and one espresso cup, to make coffee in. Completely not worth the cost!

In the heart of San Fran
Pros:

Location walking distant to restaurants and entertainment. Valet parking available, a must in San Francisco. The AC in the room was silent…..💤

It was okay. I expected more for the price.

Location to the pier was convenient.

Our first rooms mini fridge and AC were not working.

The second room we were moved to also felt stuffy.

As usual, the BEST experience EVER!!!! Luv Hotel VIA

Once again (and as usual) my family had the most wonderful time at Hotel VIA. The entire experience is like none other. Jerry and Barbara are wonderful hosts and make sure that every guest experience is memorable. You will notice the attention their Customer Service, as soon as you arrive, when you are greeted by Jose, the valet attendant. I also want to thank our bartenders, Mia and Tommy, who always provide excellent service with huge smiles. I wish every destination city had a Hotel VIA and cannot wait to come back!!! Thanks again to Jerry and Barbara!
