Loved it, stay here!
Pros:

Loved the friendly staff and excellent location. 2/3 blocks from the main square and easily accessible. Mari on reception couldn’t have been any more helpful supporting in booking tours, shuttles and giving me recommendations both for Granada and my onward destination. It’s great to know that profits are going to a great cause too. Thank you so much!

Cons:

I switched rooms when I extended my stay and the WiFi. In the second room wasn’t excellent unless the door was open.

One of the BEST hotels!
Pros:

An ABSOLUTE gem in a vibrant city - this hotel provides a tranquil environment with the FRIENDLIEST staff, amazing breakfast, the charm of the intricate decorative details, the amazing pool; it is secured, excellent WiFi, and I would definitely go back to this hotel. They offer numerous excursions, but even in-house activities, like salsa dancing & cooking lessons. Bottom line, they give back to the community to ensure education is provided to disadvantaged children.

Unterkunft mit Herz in guter Lage
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück, schöner Pool, zentrale Lage. Familienfreundlich. Das Hotel arbeitet mit lokalen Kinderbildungsprojekten zusammen. Sympathisches Ambiente. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden Jederzeit zurückkommen!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, weshalb man sich direkt wie zu Hause fühlt.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.
Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Bad sauber und komfortabel.
Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Insbesondere Mari haben wir in unser Herz geschlossen!
Teile des Gewinns fließen in soziale Projekte.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war leider etwas laut und der Deckenventilator schwer zu händeln.

Toller Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, schöne Anlage auf der es viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen gibt. Der Pool war auch toll und während unseres Aufenthaltes nie zu stark besucht. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war das erste Zimmer direkt unter der Terrasse und gegenüber von einem Raum des Personals, sodass wenig Licht ins Zimmer kam und manchmal direkt vor der Tür gesprochen wurde. Das sollte aber eher die Ausnahme sein.

Beautiful hotel in a nice neighborhood but within a short walk from the city centre. Very friendly staff, diverse breakfast with local and international options, nice swimming pool and cozy rooms.

Peaceful hotel with a good cause
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, very clean, no bugs. Very nice inside garden and very peaceful.
The swimming pool was nice to have.
I love that their profit goes to a charity for education.
You can choose your own breakfast, there are several options

La mejor ciudad de Nicaragüa
Pros:

Tiene buen desayuno, esta centrico a 3 cuadras de la catedral, el personal muy amable, bella piscina y son parte de un proyecto social que brindan estudio a chicos de bajos recursos.

Me gusto todo.
