Pros:

We were upgraded and there was a lovely cake and card to celebrate our wedding anniversary

Cons:

We tried to go to the top floor to look at the skyline at night and we’re told that it was too busy. I found this quite disappointing as I explained we were hotel guests. We were told to come back at 10:30pm. It was unclear why

Great and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Lovely and helpful staff, good location, clean and good facilities

Cons:

Not many places to sit by the pool and the pool needs a clean. Debris was gathered all round the corners of the pool

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Overall the hotel has a very youthful vibe and all facilities are very well thought out.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool wasn't operational due to a technical glitch with the filtration system.
