Steam showers and room good size
The gym is fantastic however there is a bad drain smell in the gym changing rooms

Wonderful stay and great location for what we needed
Nice clean modern hotel in a great location with friendly staff.
One thing missing was a full length mirror anywhere in the room, this is something simple but really frustrating when you can’t see what your outfit looks like before heading out.
Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Nowhere to hang towels or robes, only one hook in the bathroom. Also a jacket hopknip the room would be very helpful.
Loved the steam shower and the bonus of having a swimming pool in London!
Great hotel!!! Location is amazing, rooms are on the smaller side but very nice and comfortable. Bed is amazing and so is the steam shower. Staff if very accommodating.
Absolutely oved the steam shower in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Fod, the Guest service mgr went above and beyond for you. We were in the midst of moving my daughter back from London and so our room was filled to capacity and we needed to dispose of tons of items. The whole staff could not have been more helpful.
The location was great for us as we love East London- so many restaurants, great shopping and places to go out!
While I enjoyed the roof deck, I did not think the food was very good and up to par for a Virgin property.
Room was large and with such attention to detail. Loved it.
The roof terrace had a party at 12pm so no swimming as woudl have been strange to swim on the middle of an event.
