Pool was small and shallow

The hotel is falsely advertised. The pool and bar were hired out for a private event so could not be used during our stay. Disappointing.

Wasn’t advised the spa had permenantly closed until we tried to book a treatment. Rooftop area was closed for half of our stay due to private events - didn’t affect us much however this could be very infuriating to pick a hotel for its pool and facilities and only be told this on arrival. We booked for our honeymoon and received a cake and card on arrival in our room but feel they’re could have been more done from a five star hotel. Also rooms way too small.

Amazing hotel, lovely helpful employees, rooms have always been spotless, great location and hotel decor is of a very high standard.
My main concern when traveling is the cleanliness of the rooms, this hotel is spotless and all the rooms I have stayed in are exceptionally clean.

Good location, the room was nice
Booked a king bed room but received a queen twin room. The bathroom was lovely but it wasn’t spotlessly clean and the sink was very marked/chipped.
I chose this hotel as I was having my engagement party nearby and WOW were we looked after!

The hotel staff were professional, friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and will be adding this hotel to our list of places to stay in London.
The hotel showcases its rooftop pool and bar in all its photos - ideal on a warm summer’s day. And yet when you get there, the likelihood is that these will closed for a private function, especially on a weekend. The excuse we were given is that the pool bar and hotel are under separate ownership and management and therefore any private-hires are outside the hotel’s control, but why should that be the guest’s problem, especially when it’s made to appear like it’s very much one of the core offerings?
My advice is to first check that the pool and rooftop will be available before booking, if that’s important to you, because they won’t extend you that courtesy themselves.
Very expensive for what it was; breakfast unpalatable and understaffed; seemingly no manager present with oversight over day-to-day operations. Fresh fruit in room on arrival night was a nice gesture. Handy location. Would not go back.
