Очень приятный персонал, отвечали сразу и на сайте, и по прибытии нас отлично встретили, все рассказали, показали. Шикарный вид с балкона просто завораживает! Номер просторный, светлый, есть все необходимое. В комнате стол и два стула, кофемашина, чайник, место для отдыха на каждом их двух балконов. Есть фен, шкаф, сейф и минибар, но содержимое платное. Уборка была каждый день, пополняли воду бесплатно. В номере был новый кондиционер, телевизор с пультом, хороший вай-фай. Были мягкие халаты и тапочки (не дали доп. пару после нескольких просьб). Две подушки на каждого гостя.
Завтрак мы не заказывали, основываясь на предыдущих отзывах.
Отдельно хочется отметить интерьер и дизайн отеля, каждую деталь хочется разглядывать! Все гармонично сочетается и по цветам и по стилю, в лобби играет приятная музыка. Также есть фотобудка :)
При бронировании проживания на выходные стоит учитывать, что на веранде отеля могут проходить мероприятия с музыкой. В нашем случае это не доставило неудобств, поскольку в тот вечер мы ушли гулять по городу, но для тех, кто планирует проводить вечер в номере, этот момент стоит иметь в виду.
Расположение удобное, отель в тихом районе, шаговая доступность к метро, рядом есть обменник и супермаркеты.
Наш рейс перенесли на сутки уже в день вылета. Мы заранее связались с отелем, чтобы сообщить, что из-за этого сможем заселиться на день позже оплаченной даты. К сожалению, отель никак не отреагировал на наш вопрос о возможности возврата средств за неиспользованную ночь.
Не было шторки в душе, вода выливалась на пол за пределы душа. Стены в ванной и обои в комнате в некоторых местах можно обновить.
Небольшой минус — ночью может быть шумновато с улицы, поскольку окна выходят на реку и дорогу. Но, на мой взгляд, потрясающий вид полностью это компенсирует. Особенно после долгих прогулок по городу этот момент совсем не кажется существенным.

Мы останавливались без завтраков, поэтому оценить не могу. Ресторан отличный, с видом на город.
Вид на реку прекрасный, сервис, менеджер Тенго очень обходительный, не раз помогал нам, например забронировал ресторан в другой части города по моей просьбе. Остались лучшие впечатления! Спасибо большое!
У нас было расшатанное окно стеклопакета и оно неплотно закрывалось, из-за этого было немного шумно. Но это абсолютные мелочи, просто я люблю вакуумную тишину, уверена, что многие даже не заметят этого нюанса.
员工很热情，酒店也比较安静，离中心区域不远，窗外的河景挺好看的。
早餐环境很好，但是种类太少了。房间相对有一些旧，枕头太软了不是很舒服。

Очень грубый персонал
Hotel Manager ist sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und vorkommen. Ab dem zweiten Tag haben wir das gewünschte Zimmer mit blick auf die Stadt bekommen. Wir empfehlen gerne diesem hotel writer.
Der Eingang ist nicht barrerefrei.
Прекрасный отель. Все замечательно. Номер с видом на реку-шедевр. Не далеко от центра, номер очень чистый, постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные. Персонал очень мил и приветлив. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство-приедем еще.

De vrij centrale ligging, het mooie uitzicht. Ook sommigen van het personeel (níet iedereen helaas!) die enorm behulpzaam waren als er problemen lf verzoeken waren vanuit mij.
De kamers en het hotel zijn smaakvol ingericht en men doet moeite om het gezellig te maken.
De erste kamer die ik had, had een enorm luidrichtige airconditioning unit niet ver van mijn balkon naast de gevel. Hierdoor kon ik niet normaal op mijn balkon zitten. Ook was een deur kapot wardoor die niet voldoende sloot en ik veel herrie van buiten hoorde.
Gelukkig deden ze de moeite om mij een andere, rustige kamer aan te bieden. Maar: in de nieuwe kamer deed 2 dagen het warme water het niet. Uiteindelijk hebben ze dat gerepareerd na 2 dagen.
Er was een grote lekkage in het hotel door noodweer waardoor het vlakbij mijn kamer naast mijn voordeur lekte. Gelukkig net niet in mijn kamer, maar dit gaf mij geen veilig gevoel. Ook waren verschillende onderdelen zoals de gehele douchestang los in de badkamer en was de afzuiging in de badkamer enorm luidruchtig, helaas.
Regelmatig onderhoud is duidelijk geen gewoonte in dit hotel. Tip: check regelmatig op álle details in de kamer en stel onderhoud niet uit. Dit hotel is geen 4 sterren waard in mijn ogen. Voor deze prijs moet echt alles netjes in orde en functioneel zijn.
I came back to Tbilisi after 2 years directly to this hotel cause i liked it and it was indeed the best idea :)
Nice location
Our stay at Margot Old Tbilisi was nothing short of a disaster and completely ruined our trip to celebrate a birthday, proving that the hotel’s self-proclaimed 4-star status is entirely fraudulent.
The experience was a shocking cascade of failures from start to finish, beginning with a severe security risk upon arrival. When we extended our stay, the staff made a booking error and told me my room was already taken, offering a "the exact same" room as a replacement—which turned out to be a tiny room in a severely tired and worn-out condition. During this process, the employee also demonstrated complete incompetence regarding payment procedures by handing me the terminal demanding a PIN for a refund, exposing my card's PIN code on the screen in plain view for anyone nearby to see.
The situation escalated dramatically when a rainstorm caused my sister’s room to flood with water up to the ankles. Despite waiting an hour and a half, the young and completely overwhelmed staff—who are essentially 18-year-old students entirely unequipped for stressful situations—failed to do anything or find a solution, forcing me out into the rain at 1:00 AM to search for alternative accommodation myself. To make matters worse, the general manager refused to come in and only spoke to us over the phone during this absolute emergency. When I spoke to them on an elevated tone out of sheer frustration given the circumstances, the receptionist even had the audacity to tell me that I shouldn't raise my voice at an 18-year-old.
The next morning, the general manager finally arrived only to blame us for the flood, initially refusing to refund even a single penny for that night, and only caving after a direct call with the director. Adding to this cynicism, they tried to act as if returning money for an uninhabitable room was a "gesture of goodwill.
