Everything was perfect!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every area was well maintained.

One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful thermal pool. It was incredibly relaxing and made my experience even more special. The spa facilities were also excellent and perfect for unwinding.

The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious food. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making each morning a pleasure.

Overall, everything was outstanding;the service, the cleanliness, the thermal pool, the spa, and the overall atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and for sure would stay here again!

أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لجميع العاملين في فندق موفنبيك آند ثيرمال سبا بورصة على حسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة طوال فترة إقامتي.

منذ لحظة الوصول، كان جميع الموظفين في غاية اللطف والاحترام، يستقبلون النزلاء بابتسامة صادقة وروح إيجابية، وكانوا دائمًا على استعداد للمساعدة وتلبية أي طلب بسرعة واحترافية.

الفندق يتميز بمستوى عالٍ من النظافة، سواء في المرافق العامة أو داخل الغرف. كانت الغرفة مرتبة بعناية، نظيفة جدًا، ومجهزة بجميع احتياجات النزيل، مما وفر لي إقامة مريحة وممتعة. كما أن الاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل يعكس حرص إدارة الفندق على تقديم أفضل تجربة ممكنة لضيوفه.

المكان للمرة الثالثة اسكن هنا في بورصة … الفندق نظيف جدا جدا و الموظفون ودودين و مريحين و يقدموا خدمة متميزة و عندهم مواقف سيارات و هذه ميزة الفطور عندهم بالمرات السابقة كان جدا ممتاز لكن المرة هذه بدون افطار … انصح تحجزوا بفطور لان الفطور روعة حسب تجارب سابقة … الموقع و الإطلالة إذا كنتم في واجهة الفندق تكون بطلة

ربما لا يوجد بقالة قريبة تستطيع الذهاب اليها مشيا وولكن ماهي مشكلة كبيرة لمن معه سيارة … مسافة 5 دقايق مشي ممكن توصل لبقالة
