Ótimo hotel para hospedar-se em Cuenca, recomendo.
Pros:

Tudo estava muito bom. Estacionamento, café da manhã, quartos. Tudo atendeu muito nossas expectativas.

Great value, best shower in Ecuador.

The room. The wondrous strong hot shower. The breakfast, coffee. Very friendly staff. Price. Close enough to center.
More detail: I was looking at a 'colonial' style hotel a little more expensive, but when I came to book it had no availability, so I booked here. And so glad I did. Welcoming, comfortable, great bed. Water in room. Quiet - I had a back room. And, if you've been trekking in the paramo it has just the shower you need.
Also they stored my case while I took off for another few days.
And only a few blocks from the center.

Pros:

Execelente atención, el personal muy atento, la habitación limpia y tranquila, hotel con buena ubicación en pleno centro de la ciudad, cuenta con parqueadero privado para quien llega en vehiculo, en definitiva fue una buena experiencia.

Muy buena atención, el recepcionista fue super atento con nosotras incluso antes de llegar, tanto con las indicaciones de parqueo como también con recomendaciones de lugares que podíamos recorrer y opciones para comer.

Había un poco de polvo en las camas y en el baño

Mala gestión. No vale la pena para el nivel supuesto

La atención del personal que trabaja en él

Cons:

La gestión de gerencia. Por motivos de vuelos tuve que irme un día antes y a pesar de ser cuatro estrellas se negaron a abonarme si quiera una parte del dinero cuando esos días estaba medio vacío. Un hotel de esas características y en Cuenca no debería hacer esas cosas. Muy cutre

Too noisy, not recommended if you want to rest at night
Pros:

The location was pretty good. When I arrived, I was upgraded to a bigger room (for a minor fee though), since they were expecting a large group and needed my room.

Cons:

Turns out, the big group they were expecting was a kids soccer team. Teachers went for a beer at night, and kids left unattended (without trainer/teacher/parent present). They made a lot of noise (running around the hallways etc) until their caretakers returned late at night. Hotel staff were unable to handle them. Next morning, they made me wake up very early, running and screaming.
Rooms are not soundproofed, so if you host a soccer team or other big of groups, you better reserve the hotel exclusively for that group so you don't disturb other guests! Or you make the group abide by the house rules!

Furthermore, I had one damaged window in my room that didn't close properly, and cleanliness could have been better, found a few hairs in the bathroom.
